We stayed for 3 days in that hotel and we were not satisfied at all. The floor was crackling. There was not a elevator until the forth floor and you have to go by the stairs from the third. The soundproofing was terrible. It was very expensive and the breakfast was not included. The bath was clogged and there was...

I was actually surprised how quite the LG room was, the soundproofing was spot on you couldn't hear the underground are the club down the street. The bed was comfy as were the pillows. The bathroom was tiny though enough room to do what you want but very small.

We had to leave the hotel early (7AM) on sunday morning to run a marathon. The hotel was not willing to give us anything to eat but did charge us the cost of breakfast. They insisted we would pay for it. Some jam sandwiches would have been fine. Never experienced such a bad service. The area is nice and quiet,...

My husband and I stayed here for four days in early June. The hotel is very conveniently located on a quite residential neighborhood street, away from the busy tourist, but at the same time within a 1-min walk to the Swiss Cottage tube stop, which takes you everywhere. Given how big London is, even if you stay near a major...

The hotel was easy to find from the station, a five minute walk; with accommodating, friendly staff, and the confirmation of reservation and booking was quickly resolved without issue. The interior of the room I stayed was homely, clean and had a interesting vintage feel, and everything the room offered was accessible., and I found the bed very comfortable and...

Room was a twin on the ground floor, overlooking the gardens. Very little noise from outside or inside, so a peaceful room to sleep in. Comfortable bed, with desk, chair, TV and tea/coffee supplied. Good sized bathroom with a bathtub and shower, toiletries and towels supplied. Adjustable radiator for heat, but no air conditioning. A pleasant ambience and temperature of...

This is one of the best small hotels in the area. I have stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions and have always found the staff helpful and polite. The breakfast is buffet style and has a good variety of hot and cold food. The rooms are comfortable and clean with good facilities. I would definitely recommend this...

My daughter and I needed a quick stopover in this area and since we normally stay in luxury hotels were a bit dubious about this. However, we were very pleasantly surprised (shouldn't have been as reviews generally positive). Hotel was superbly located just a minute or so from the Tube. Our room and bathroom were spotless, the beds very comfortable...
