Neighbourhood
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.

One nights mid-week visit for an awards ceremony. As you would expect, a model of efficiency, nice touch of warm cookie on arrival, room had everything you would need for an overnight stay. Breakfast food and service really good

Excellent hotel very close to Tower of London and the tube. The hotel has a typically business atmosphere and the service is focussed and friendly. This goes also for the service in the bar area, which is quite nice. The fitness facilities are very nice as well. I can defiantly

We stayed here for two nights for the weekend and it was fantastic. Location was prime within a few minutes walk from the underground so you could get anywhere. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We got a free drink token to use at the bar (which was nice when your not

Sorry I don't know. The room we had did not have any connecting door to the adjoining bedrooms. Maybe the suites on the floor above do but you'd have to contact the hotel to get confirmation.
