My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights. We booked through a 3rd party for ~100 Euro a night. The staff was friendly. The first room we got was B3 and it was directly below the lobby, on the street side, and our window opened to the access stairwell for the guests. It was very small with no AC...

Were given two rooms in the basement. One room completely without windows - which smelled of paint and was extremely hot. The other room had a window - but it was behind bars and could not be opened! It too was very hot and there were mold pathces on the walls even though it was clear that it had only...

The hotel is recently renovated. You can tell, it the interieur looks new and clean. So are the rooms, very clean. It's located near Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate, both within 5 min walk. Plenty of restaurants around. And you have the option to leave your luggage for the day after you check out, to do some sightseeing before you...

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on a Friday and Saturday. The hotel was very conveniently located to Paddington station and had plenty of eating and newsagent choices nearby. We stayed on the 1st floor and had a front facing room. The room was clean, spacious enough with coffee and tea making facilities, free view sat smart tv and...

The hotel is fine for the price I paid - but I notice that prices do vary a lot. The bedroom was ok - my room was in the basement so the outlook/ views were not good. There was a fan to keep the room cool and some basic tea making facilities. The shower was very good. I found most...

I visited here as part of a theatre trip and notting hill carnival with my partner. Ideally located in Paddington, we were lucky enough to find a car parking space on the street outside. Our room was in the basement and was very small! You had to walk sideways to get around the bed it was that small. When you...

Pluses: Excellent location (just two blocks from Paddington station and several blocks from Hydes Park), cleaning (given the size of the bedroom, I cannot figure out how the cleaning lady was able to perform her job greatly as she did) Minuses: the room was the smallest room I stayed in my life (The queen sized bed basically occupied the whole...

The room was the hottest room ever. Mice below window rummaging through rubbish. Room was clean but with no air conditioning and no netting...

In a word the room they gave us in the lower ground floor " the basement " was tiny. I had to go outside to turn around. The window opened to a brick wall and the adjacent room which we opened to get some fresh air only to find that the people in that room were smoking. The hotel is...

Had a good stay but on checking the room rates online for that time found that we were being overcharged. Upon querying this with the front desk we found out that our 1 St night was at a charge of £500 pound. Other nights were an average of £ 100 pound a night. Upon querying why this was there was...
