Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on a Friday and Saturday. The hotel was very conveniently located to Paddington station and had plenty of eating and newsagent choices nearby. We stayed on the 1st floor and had a front facing room. The room was clean, spacious enough with coffee and tea making facilities, free view sat smart tv and... More

The hotel is fine for the price I paid - but I notice that prices do vary a lot. The bedroom was ok - my room was in the basement so the outlook/ views were not good. There was a fan to keep the room cool and some basic tea making facilities. The shower was very good. I found most... More

I visited here as part of a theatre trip and notting hill carnival with my partner. Ideally located in Paddington, we were lucky enough to find a car parking space on the street outside. Our room was in the basement and was very small! You had to walk sideways to get around the bed it was that small. When you... More

Pluses: Excellent location (just two blocks from Paddington station and several blocks from Hydes Park), cleaning (given the size of the bedroom, I cannot figure out how the cleaning lady was able to perform her job greatly as she did) Minuses: the room was the smallest room I stayed in my life (The queen sized bed basically occupied the whole... Ground floor room with no netting so had to have curtains shut all night. During day people wou6kd walk past and stare straight in at us being the pavement is an arms length from the window. The room was the hottest room ever. Mice below window rummaging through rubbish. Room was clean but with no air conditioning and no netting... More

In a word the room they gave us in the lower ground floor " the basement " was tiny. I had to go outside to turn around. The window opened to a brick wall and the adjacent room which we opened to get some fresh air only to find that the people in that room were smoking. The hotel is... More

Had a good stay but on checking the room rates online for that time found that we were being overcharged. Upon querying this with the front desk we found out that our 1 St night was at a charge of £500 pound. Other nights were an average of £ 100 pound a night. Upon querying why this was there was... After we had been transferred from The Central Park Hotel which was overbooked (although we made reservation several months before to visit New Tate Modern) we were transferred to Prince William Hotel. We got a room in the basement, stifling and without the possibility of opening a window. We complained to hotel stuff immediately, but also this hotel was fully... More

my room was on second floor. Stairs Very narrow with a suitcase. The reception male difficult accent to understand, slovenly and always out front door with a cigarette. The noise from the traffic is loud 24/7. The smell of fumes from traffic is bad. The rooms are way too small and stuffy. If you have a window open you cannot... More
