Central London's hotels can be old and cramped, but this is an exception. I was upgraded to an executive room which had everything I needed, desk, fridge, trouser press and a comfy chair. Breakfast provided the usual unappetising buffet but croissants and pastries were fine (jam was rather poor quality), but I ordered porridge each morning and this was good,... More

Stayed here for one night whilst seeing a National Theatre show. The room was comfy and clean and the staff kind and efficient. Breakfast was plentiful, though coffee topping-up could be a bit more attentive. The site is very handy for a lot of attractions in London - very handy for Russell Square tube.

The hotel is at a very good location just walking distance from Oxford street, Covent Garden and the Big Ben. The rooms are very big and breakfast is good I stayed on Sunday and on that day the price is fair. In the middle of the week the price is much higher and I don't think worth it.

Other than the location, which happened to be handy for me personally, there's nothing special about this hotel. The AC in my room did not work. The front desk told me the thermostat in my room was non-operational on purpose. What is the point of it then, exactly? It was baking hot - and despite them telling me (I called... More

Stayed overnight 16th-17th November, very pleasant reception staff, polite and courteous both at check in and check out. Room very clean and tidy and a great shower but the room was extremely compact and bijou! We paid £141 for a standard double which is a fair price for a Central London hotel, however the walkin rate was £419!! The room... More

I booked last minute and got a good rate, just as well the rack rate was very expensive. It was just your average room nothing special but clean at least. Breakfast was award winning apparently but not alas today it was just average. Overall it was a fine and pleasant stay!

My daughter is disabled and as part of a 'dream come true' for her we had 3 night stay at this holiday inn, we found the hotel to be clean, helpful staff, especially the concierge who couldn't do enough for us on our arrival, anyone that has someone with complex needs will know how much equipment is involved when planning... We stayed here two nights and although we couldn't open the window the staff were most helpful in advising which was the best setting for air con and they volunteered to move us. Its a great central location with a great set of shops near by with good restaurants and cafes. We will definitely stay here again when heading to... More

Stayed here on a Thursday and Friday evening while attending a business conference in London. Easy to find, 5 - 10 mins walk from Euston, 2 - 3 mins from Russel square Tube station. Car park under the hotel. £15 for 24 hours which is good value in London. You have to pay in the car park not at hotel... More

Typical London hotel - small rooms, crazy prices and near a tube station! Staff were very friendly, breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from. Waitrose and Tesco round the corner if you want to make a cheap minibar and 1 minute walk to Russell Square tube station.
