The staff are very friendly, helpful, attentive, but not over powering. Always enjoy returning to the hotel. Within a few minutes walk of Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross stations. Do not miss out on the excellent breakfast.More

The hotel is entered through the smokers of the adjacent bar. check in was good. Room smelt of paint with no chance to open the windows. amenities good. quiet room where the only noise was hotel staff fiddling around at all hours. Good breakfast. Great...More

Great location, close to tube stop, really nice staff, breakfast was slightly below average - very dry
We got an upgrade but there was a serious health and safety issue. When I reported nothing was done.
