The staff are very friendly, helpful, attentive, but not over powering. Always enjoy returning to the hotel. Within a few minutes walk of Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross stations. Do not miss out on the excellent breakfast.More

Yes. One must use your room key to operate the lift to the floor where your room is. Not needed to go down to main floor
