Great budget accomodation in central London. Room very clean and you get what you pay for. Easy to find, we were able to check out and leave bags in hotel while we went into the city centre. Front desk staff extremely "friendly".

This hotel is in desperate need of some attention. The carpets in our room were thread bare. There was dust all behind our bathroom sink. The wood was coming away under the mirror and the kettle lead was dis-coloured. The bath and sink plugs needed a good clean! Will not recommend to anyone else. The bed smelt of smoke.

Stayed here 1 night and it was the worst night ever. Ignorant staff, room was the worst we have ever stayed in. Was more like a squatters hotel. Bed was broken, window rotten through, carpet thread bare, curtains had brown stains in them. Sink broken and filled with poly filler. The list goes on. Avoid at all costs. Just awful.

Great location but awful rooms. The carpets were threadbare the floorboards creaked. The television reception was barely viewable. No room in the dining room had to queue for breakfast which was inedible. Room key also dindt work properly. Avoid this hotel.

I have stayed in many hotels but never in any as bad as this. The problem is not the hotel which needs a refurbishment but the Manageress who vented one hell of a stinking rude and arrogant attitude towards me when I mentioned my concern about having been given a room that stunk of smoke despite requesting a non smoking...

Decent hotel, a few minutes walk from Paddington Station, from where you can get almost anywhere by tube/bus/train. The room wasn't particularly stylish, the furniture and TV were old, and the towels a bit tatty, but for 80 pounds per night it was a really good value for London. There was no fridge, but at least a tea kettle with...

This was the worst hotel I have been in, smelly, dirty and bathrooms with lime scale. The room was small (that is not a problem) curtains were wore out and the bed sheet was very old with tears. The entrance to the room was a long stairway (carpet dirty in and out of the room) with stuff on the stair...

I booked this hotel because of it's close location to Paddington Station, however when I arrived (late at night from working) i found the corridors to narrow to walk through with a suitcase without knocking off the walls at every corner, feeling sorry for my fellow guests. I found my room and there was hardly room to put my suitcase...

Very basic rooms in need of modernisation but for purpose of short stay served its purpose. Everything was clean. Rooms get very hot but there are fans in the rooms. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was okay only seemed to have cereals and continental but was of good standard. Okay hotel if for short stay or on a budget.
