I stayed here on business but this is a great hotel with a great standard of services and staff. Rooms are nice and the shower was excellent. Didn't eat here at night but the breakfasts were fine and the staff very helpful. Only moan is that i could here traffic down below even though I was on the 4th floor....

We all know London hotels are expensive and this one is no exception. However, compared to others in this area it is great value. I was on a double theatre visit with my wife and we checked in here an hour before we should in order to leave our baggage. The staff were brilliant and let us go to a...

Was booked for 3 nights on business but only survived 1! No air con is a distinct disadvantage as the fan only circulated warm air. My room was at the front and was noisy all night. The room itself and staff fine. I just can't toelraye no air con.

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to review us and for making clear that our rooms and the service you received were great. Given that we don't advertise as having air conditioning, I feel that the three stars you scored us is unfair. However, we are looking at a full refurbishment in 2015 and this will 100% be...

Stayed for two nights, for a theatre break and tour. We were on the ground floor at the back of the hotel so we were not bothered by any traffic noise. Not a bad size room (Twin) full sized ironing board, iron and kettle and a very large fan, which was needed as it was a very hot weekend. The...

Stayed for 2 nights on business. Had a twin room on 2 nd floor. It was a very good size for London standards. Only downside is no air con within hotel but there is a good fan supplied. Room was to the side of the hotel so noise not an issue for me. Breakfast was ample and delicious and always...

We stayed for one night on 28 September as we were attending a charity performance at the Dominion Theatre in Aid of Help for Heroes. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away which we really appreciated. Valentina, the Receptionist was very helpful and told us all we needed to know about the hotel. The room was...

We stayed for 1 night and it was an excellent choice. The room was very cheap for such a brilliant location. We walked from King's Cross in about 15 minutes. There are lots of places to eat nearby, it's within walking distance of the British Museum too. The room was small but nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The...

Stayed for 2 nights and chose it because of its locality to Euston. A Great base, rooms were perfectly adequate for a couple of nights although the bathroom was immaculately clean, nice touches with the toiletries even got toothbrushes! it was quite cramped but these are old buildings, so understandably not huge. The facilities were very good, tea and coffee,...

We stayed at Thistle Bloomsbury Park, London on 26th September 2014. The first problem we had was the parking, we had to park 300 yds away in an underground car park in Bloomsbury Square, when you have heavy bags that isn't much fun. We then noticed Bedford Hotel opposite has parking for non residents, however, you won't get a discount...

Dear Guest Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear about those issues. I will investigate them straight away. I'd just like to clarify that we've never had parking and have never advertised that we do - it's not an uncommon thing in central London. Kind regards, Seb Williams
