Really clean comfortable and spacious room. Good value central location. We had room 12 at the back of the hotel and could not believe how quiet it was. No traffic noise although in the heart of London. Staff are friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and recommend.

Very nice hotel, right in the city center. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and Baker street tube station is a 2 minute walk away. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes and mini markets near by, as well as the famous Sherlock Holmes museum, The hotel itself is quite clean and very quiet, rooms are...

Upon arriving at the reception I was greeted (or, rather, not greeted) by a tall man in his 40s who gave me the key to my room as if he was doing me a favour. He didn't ask to check my documents and as I've always been asked at other places before, I asked if he wanted to see my...

I visited this hotel for a two day stay with my wife and kids. The location is good. The beds are really aweful. The badroom was dirty. The employees at the reception are very unfriendly Russian-like men, who barely speak English. When we checked in and when we checked out the receptionist kept sitting in his office with loud music,...

Close to Baker Street underground and therefore within easy reach of anywhere in central London, these small apartments are basically but well furnished: A comfortable bed, decent TV, kitchen area, a table and a rather small shower room (with complimentary toiletries) and it's all clean. Only downside is that hotel is alongside a busy road and a 24 hour bus...

Good location, with great value for a London hotel. Room was clean and had good wifi despite being at the basement. Room was upgraded from a single to a double. However all this was marred by an intrusion in the night by a staff. As a single traveller, I didn't want all the light off in the room and thus...

We stayed there only one night while attending a wedding in Central London. The room was spacious enough, everything was clean and the bet was comfortable. Said bed was on a little mezzanine with not much ceiling height, but nothing too bad. The location is quite good, a compromise: you're not as central as you might want, but the tube...

This is a clean hotel near Baker Street tube station. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we had is spacious and comfortable; shower worked well and was clean and modern. The one downside to the room is the too soft mattress. It would have been good to have a bit more coffee/tea and milk in the room,...

Room was very clean, quiet due to the double-pane window which worked perfectly!, spacious enough, had everything needed, even little kitchette. Great location, extremely good value for London, really quite the find, perfect for a getaway without breaking the bank. Stone's throw from Baker Street Tube, one block away from a row of places to eat on Baker Street and...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
