Well, we showed up to get our rooms and the hotel did not honor our specific reservation of twin beds. I specifically bought the twin bed option with Expedia, but they said they did not have it in the reservation, even though it was right there when I looked at the paperwork. After 1/2 hour of Expedia on the phone...

The pictures didn't match the reality hotel room. There were of-putting dubious hairs in the bathroom. The Television remote was on the floor in two so we could not watch the T.V. The breakfast was okay but not overall good. The hotel needed a bit of TLC and cleaning. I wont be staying here again.

Worst hotel I've ever been in, disgusting features, service was horrible and just a dirty place in general. The pictures are so deceiving, will never step foot in that place again. I advice anyone looking to go here to find an alternative.

Just spent 2 nights in this hotel. The location is ideal for travel in and around central London. But thats the only good point. The Hotel is very scruffy with ill fitting carpets that are heavily stained and frayed. Walls have stains on them and holes that have not been repaired. The rooms are tiny and very very basic. Would not stay here...

Me and my partner stayed here for my birthday weekend and after seeing the photos online we were very excited to stay here. However our excitement soon disappeared when we got there. We paid just over £200, decent for London prices, however our room was located in their basement!!! Our room was very very small!! It almost felt claustrophobic. We...

Despite some poor reviews we had a clean twin bedroom with a very clean shower room. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was fine. It was a buffet and like many higher rated hotels was plentiful with a wide variety ON offer.

I had a one night stay at Queens Park Hotel Bayswater checked-in on the 23rd of May before moving to Westminster. It's a nice hotel and breakfast is included in the room rate. Do not bring huge luggage as the hallway is very narrow with level floor. Wifi is not included, you have to purchase at the reception counter at...

I pre booked rooms back in November last year, as I was competing in the marathon. Mixed reviews made me think twice, saying that when we arrived the front of house were very pleasant and the rooms were clean and tidy. We were on the 4th floor, We did however have to swap a family room as the window latch...

I spent two nights at this hotel and it was a huge disappointment, especially as this is not a cheap place to stay, two nights for a single room came in at well over 200 pounds. From looking at the website, I thought I would have a luxury stay in a really nice hotel. As soon as I walked in,...
