Very nice small hotel in Kensington located in a traditional residential house. Good value for London standards. We booked a Comfort double and were upgraded to the four poster room in the basement. The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes walk from Earls court tube station and overlooking a lovely park. Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended for us.
