From check in to departure the staff couldn't do more for us. We went to see Les Mis at the queens theatre (1min walk away) for my girlfriends birthday and I looked at many hotels in the area. I decided to spend a little more than planned due to the location and I'm glad I did! The room was beautifully...

This hotel is perfectly located for the lazy traveller, going for a west end show! Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Check in was a little slow as we arrived at the same time as others, but we didn't mind as we were given a glass of prosecco on arrival. Reception staff were pleasant,...

We visited the Piccadilly hotel on Shaftesbury Avenue, London for the Easter weekend. We wanted somewhere central to the west end and were looking for a change after staying at many of the hotels in the Capital previously. I am so glad we chose the Piccadilly. From booking through arrival we were impressed, it was a joy that good old...

My father, and sister and I had our London trip in September 2016 and it was pretty impressive thanks to this hotel. At first I was a bit scared since we booked this hotel online and the taxi drove us to this place where the surrounding was a bit noisy as it was close to the China town and Oxford...

A welcome drink of Preseco, a room upgrade, staff took me to the room was just the beginning. The room was beautiful with fresh flowers, plenty of free bottled water (rare) and above a busy street but didn't hear any noise in the room. Small but fine fitness room that I was the only one ever in. The location was...

The room was perfect, clean, modern and a very comfortable bed in fact all the facilities were excellent. The hotel is in a perfect position for the theatres, we had quite literally a 2 minute walk to the Palace Theatre. We...

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
