The hotel is everything I expected and more. - Staff at the front desk were attentive from check in to check out - Staff at the bell desk and Concierge desk were always willing to advise and help out. Very friendly and always up for a chat without being intrusive - Decor and fittings were top notch. The best of...

I felt very let down the second time I was at the Rosewood. When I checked into my room, I called the reception to ask for a bigger room as the size was rather disappointing and I was told that they only had available at that time, 2 rooms of the type I was asking to be upgraded to, and...

Dear Olufunmi, Many thanks again for taking the time to leave us a candid review. Considering your last stay was such a success, I was disturbed to read that you were so disappointed with your most recent visit- especially since you had your son travelling with you. Please accept my earnest apologies. I would be much obliged if you might...

Wow!! the Rosewood is quite simply the loveliest hotel that I've stayed in, in London. It is understated glamour. It is 5* luxury at its best. It's well worth a visit. The Rosewood is on High Holborn. There is no big neon sign stating "HOTEL". It is an old historic building with beautiful architecture & a simple sign that simply...

We stayed at Rosewood for one night to celebrate our 30th Anniversary on August 30th. We were going on a family holiday the next day so we just wanted a day of our own time together to celebrate. My wife chose the hotel from a friend’s recommendation and I trusted her instinct even though I wasn’t sure about the location...

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Rosewood. From the speedy, effortless check-in until our departure, we had a fantastic stay. The staff were courteous and unfailingly helpful. The exterior of the hotel is awe inspiring, the lobby is quirky and beautiful with art books and Wodehouse novels scattered around. There's even a bust from "Clockwork Orange" in...

We stayed here when it was the Millenium and found the place to be cold and stuffy. We were therefore apprehensive about the hotel. Kudos to Rosewood. The hotel has been renovated and is beautiful, but most of all, the staff are exceptional. I received a warm welcoming email before we arrived asking if we had any special requests. Keisha...

I've stayed here twice, both times for 3 nights. I found a great rate of $399 per night including VAT on Tingo.com and then the rate went down $25 and I got an automatic refund! This is an amazing rate for a London 5-star hotel but of course there's no guarantee that price is always available. The service is perfect...

We stayed here twice over the past month and found the hotel to be first class. It was previously the Chancery Court where we stayed may times over the past few years and the transition to the Rosewood is amazing. The place really shines and this surely has a lot to do with the staff who on both of our...
