Having just returned from a weekend stay at this hotel between 21st to 24th April with the family, I would like to compliment the staff and management at the Landmark. From the moment we arrived, the attention from all members of staff was impeccable. All welcoming and very friendly. A special mention to the concierge team who could not be...

At the front desk Claudio instantly made me feel welcome and I thank him so much for his kind, warm and exceptional approach to customer relations. Housekeeping and valet were indeed superb addition to the excellence of service and they made it feel more like a home than hotel. What a joy they made it for me to stay here....

Stayed there for 3 nights in November. Didn't like the first room I got because it was kind of dirty (carpet, headboard and desk). Talked to the front desk and got upgraded to another room right away. Great service. Close to public transit, just a matter of crossing the street. Really cozy bar.

What a perfect hotel. Rooms are great. Breakfast is great. Near great restaurants. Across the street from the tube station... but what makes this hotel stand apart from others is their service. Andrew is in a class of his own! And everyone who works at the hotel makes you feel like you are a part of their family. I travel...

We will never stay at this hotel again, we were totally and utterly disappointed. We have stayed there a few times and this trip was the last. The GM didn't not even bother to call me back.... GM is a waste of time if you have and concerns or poor service issues. When you paying over £290 per night excluding...

So London 5* hotels can be disappointing but the landmark was most certainly not. Relaxed but totally classy service from start to finish. Room was large with a nice view of the atrium. Comfortable bed. Room service while in most hotels is diabolical not so here, tasty and fresh served with a fully made table with a hot cupboard. Breakfast...

The rooms were very big and comfortable. The hotel and rooms were very well maintained. The staff was great. The concierge was very...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
