Don't be fooled by the reception area - it looks like you've entered a really high-class hotel. You've not. The level of tiredness of the rooms is matched by your own level of tiredness following a night of trying to sleep in a furnace. Ok so there was both an air conditioner unit and a ceiling fan, but neither one...

Booked a package to go and see a football match and we stayed in this hotel at a rate I thought wasn't possible in London. It is and even includes breakfast. The layout is somewhat confusing but for the rest no complaints. Decent size room. Decent Bar, staff is friendly and breakfast a joy.

Free wifi, got a complementary upgrade to a better room. Very good value for money hotel, an enjoyable stay. The breakfast is standard and cheaper than in other hotels (12 pounds), but I'd recommend to eat out

This place is a shambles, from the hopeless staff at reception to the shoddy 1980's rooms. I would recommend using another hotel. After spending a week in a different hotel each night this week this is one that will be struck off our list.

So let me start by saying the room was clean, however very dated. The only twin rooms they have are on the first floor which we found rather noisy. Breakfast is pretty expensive for a bog standard hotel breakfast, so we didn't book these in the end. The bar areas are nice, and the staff are friendly.

The room I was given was really tiny. Moreover, it was very cold when I entered it, on my first evening. I tried, but could not fix the heater. So, I called the front desk, but there was no response. I called at least four more times before calling room service. Another two calls later, the room heating was fixed....

Upon arrival, at 1.30am, we experienced problems. The system was down so they asked if we could wait a few moments in order to check in. They made us wait over 45 minutes and then asked if they could write our card details on a piece of paper so they could check us in at a later time. I'm not...

The hotel was very comfortable with very friendly staff ( in the main) . The room was excellent decorative order, the bath shower head did need de scaling ...it had a tendency to spray in every direction!! Tea and coffee making facilities were rather limited, only one sachet of coffee and two of decaf + tea of course. Quite probably...

We arrived very tired around midnight, we paid extra (£129) for a premium room. When we got into the room it was unbearably hot - we had to turn the radiator off, open the windows and put on the over head fan - with the windows open the noise from the street - groups of people shouting etc & the...

Overall the hotel is ok. Nothing special but ok for business stop over. The breakfast was reasonably good. The room was small but comfortable. Only suggestion is turn the radiator on and draw the curtains as soon as you get in the room. With a bit of forward planning the hotel should have put it on knowing well in advance...
