We booked a two night stay at the Tower Hotel as we really enjoyed our previous stay. I have stayed at many London hotels and this is one of my favourites, which I would highly recommend. The location is perfect, with Tower Hill tube station close by and boats accessible from Tower Pier. We had a standard double with a...

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Go for a bridge view room if possible for wonderful views. We have stayed many times and have always found the staff extremely helpful and polite. Right by is St Katherine's dock with many restaurants to suit everyone Cannot recommend highly enough.

This hotel's location was very nice, and my room had a view of the Tower bridge. The bedroom itself was up to 4 star standard, very nice. However, the ensuite bathroom was very average; while everything worked, it needed serious updating. I was on a one night business trip so I didn't spend much time in the hotel. I was...

After a long day working and travelling you just want to get to your room not spend 15 mins queuing with other disgruntled customers....I could go on to talk about the broken lifts and the broken room safe but I just can't summon the energy...every other hotel manages to resource it's reception.....

Having used the hotel several times in the past and enjoyed it, I booked a twin room for my son and I. It was a massive mistake. The room was tiny, scruffy and the air con was non existant. There was no way to complain as this was all they had and on leaving the hotel was rammed. Certainly won't...

I loved this hotel. Location wonderful. 5 minutes walk from tower hill underground station so it's really easy to get around. I felt really at ease being a single person, the area is lovely and spent many hours wandering in or around the docks on my own. Felt very safe. The rooms are lovely. My only grumble would be directed...

We stay he occasionally and it never disappoints. This time we thought it was also good value. We always book a bridge & river view - worth the extra and why else stay there? Close to Tower Hill tube but also several good local restaurants. Cote and Smiths are favourites and 5-10 minutes away.

We stayed here for our belated honeymoon in Europe. We arrived after a very long day of travel and at first were not greeted with a pleasant surprise. Let's just say the restroom needed some more cleaning. However, we brought this issue up to the front desk and they immediately sent someone to try to remedy the situation. Being unable...

I have stayed here a few times over the years and it just gets better and better. Car is safely parked away underground and all main attractions, trains and underground are close by. It was a welcome return.

My husband and I stayed for our wedding anniversary and had the most wonderful customer service from all the staff at the hotel. The room had an amazing view of Tower Bridge, spacious with a large comfy bed. The bar outside was fantastic with chilled out music and freshly made pizzas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate...
