I have read some of the reviews that I have seen on Tripadvisor and cannot believe that I am reading about the same hotel. I have stayed in numerous rooms in this hotel and I would say that although the smaller rooms are not brilliant they are excellent value for the area. Especially if you are to compare with the...

This was our third visit to the hotel and we have never been disappointed. On arrival we were greeted by the Doorman who is always friendly, professional and so helpful. He took my car and valet parked it for me after he had taken our bags inside. He even remembered our name on check out and came over and took...

We decided to treat ourselves to a "quality" hotel break to assist us getting over the New Year blues in January 2015. As it was a Millennium hotel, I booked it on a special offer without bothering to read the reviews on here; I wish I'd taken a little time to check... Thank you for staying at the Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge. Feedback is very important to us and assists us in maintaining our service and standards and where sadly lacking, allowing us to rectify. With regard to refurbishment, we are certainly driving through a redecoration programme and taking into account replacement of carpets. The amenities in your’s and other bedrooms have...

First I would say I am giving this 3 and not two because I daresay I could have done something about it if I had complained but was two tired to. Over the years I have stayed in a number of millenium/copthorne hotels. Usually the newer ones. This was the most expensive and most disappointing. The staff were friendly enough....

Thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience following your recent stay. I am naturally disappointed that overall your stay was not to your expectations. The areas of concern have been forwarded to the relevant Head’s of Department to look at the service levels provided on this occasion, which certainly do not appear to be the high standards...

The welcoming was non existent however we were happy to be staying on Sloane Street. Once in our room yet more disappointment. Cold room and once we turned on the heating it was very noisy. Thank you for staying at the Millennium Hotel London Knightsbridge. Having received such positive feedback recently regarding the Front Office team, it is always disappointing when a guest does not receive equal service. The staff were excellent despite some technical malfunctions, very good service throughout the stay. Hotel is a real rabbit warren though which was a bit of a pain but breakfast in the restaurant was superb. Good location within easy walking distance of great shopping.

Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighbourhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
