I travelled for Business and my company booked this hotel. I arrived late and check in was swift and the staff was kind. However the hotel is dated. My room was tiny with a view on a wall. The carpeting was dark and dated, the chairs wobbly. I was unlucky as my room was behind the elevator shaft that was...

The hotel should really only have a rating of 3 stars but it's London.... Very nice, very clean, nice staff but very overpriced considering that a croissant and coffee will set you back £15.50. If you can afford to shop in Knightsbridge, then this hotel is perfect. Outside the front door is Sloane Street surrounded by designer shops such a...

Situated just around the corner from Harvey Nichols and surrounded by a plethora of wonderful designer stores plus 10 minute taxi ride to Oxford Street and mainstream stores. Very quick check in with friendly reception staff. Great having free wi-fi and breakfast included as part of the room rate. Bedroom was fairly small but expected for such a central location...

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The location is very good and convenient. However I would rate this hotel more of a 3 star than a 4 star. My room had no English plug sockets next to the bed which made it difficult to charge my phone. The bed was very small & hard, smaller than my double...

Thank you for making the Millennium London Knightsbridge your hotel of choice whilst visiting London. I am sorry to hear that personally, we did not meet with your expectations and with regard to plug sockets, whilst we appreciate it is not ideal, these can be found under the desk, beside the bed. We endeavour to maintain the hotel to the...

Thank you for staying with us at the Millennium London Knightsbridge. Your feedback is most welcome and as with all reviews, we take on board your comments. Having had a enjoyable stay, I am sorry to hear that your request of an ironing board took longer than expected to be delivered to your room. When next visiting London, I do...

I usually stay closer to Sloane Square, this hotel is at the Harrods end of Sloane Street, very dull by comparison and there is nothing around except luxury shops. The hotel is OK but nothing special. Popular with Middle Eastern guests apparently. Good service.

Thank you for staying at the Millennium London Knightsbridge on this occasion and I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with our location. Whilst located at the Knightsbridge end of Sloane Street; Sloane Square and Kings Road is but a short walk away. I am delighted the service met with your approval and it is hoped that we will...

Wonderful location within walking distance to shopping and several excellent restaurants. The Concierge service was excellent. Comfortable accommodations which need to be updated but they are clean and well maintained.

Given the reviews I chose the hotel purely for location, with an early morning running event to attend in Hyde Park. However, the quality of the room was better than expected with a nice moden bathroom. The price was also reasonable (less than £200) for the area and as mentioned the location was spot on. A little more understanding on...

Thank you for making the Millennium London Knightsbridge your hotel of choice and that the location suited your needs. Overall, enjoying your stay, I am sorry to hear that having advised the Front Office of your departure time, you were then felt you were chased out of your room. On occasions, we do incur a tight turn around time on...

This shabby hotel is in need of a makeover, considering the room rates. Aspects of our room were old and dirty, some features such as the towel heater & trouser press didn't work. The hotel location is extremely noisy at night time with traffic noise below (deliberate engine revving is "a thing" in this part of London apparently) heard from...

The Millennium hotel is located on Sloan Street, an amazing base if you are coming to London. The hotel rooms are a bit tired, however comfortable and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighbourhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
