I stayed for 3 nights at the hotel. The location is good, but the room is average. Some lamps are broken, the room is hot and noisy. We can hear voices from neighbouring rooms. I was also charged double but it was a misunderstanding and cleared after explanation.

Thank you for making the Millennium London Knightsbridge your hotel of choice whilst visiting London. I am pleased that overall you enjoyed your stay and naturally your feedback regarding the lamps has been forwarded to my Executive Housekeeper, I am not sure whether you refer to the bulbs having blown and not working, but we will check all the rooms....

I went to spend the weekend in London. The location is really good. You have everything nearby. London was sunny so we had a lovely time. The room is quite small and antique but it was not a big issue. Since we stayed on the 5th floor we heard traffic all the time, especially the fancy and expensive cars. The...

Thank you for staying at the Millennium London Knightsbridge. Having enjoyed the location of our hotel, I am sorry to hear of the issues you incurred with external noise and the air conditioning, naturally; with a call to reception my maintenance team would have attended to the problem. Just to update you, we are in the process of a programme...

We had a 50% discount and would certainly not have wished to pay normal rate for a room and bathroom with limited space on the 11th floor. There are better options in London. The chinese restaurant served a very good meal but again at a premium price. Not a hotel to which we shall be returning!

Thank you for making the Millennium London Knightsbridge your hotel of choice whilst visiting London. As always, it is disappointing to learn that your expectations were not met on this occasion. Our Chinese restaurant, Le Chinois offers authentic Chinese cuisine with many dishes not found in your high street restaurants and I am delighted you enjoyed the food. It is...

I have never been compelled to write a review before today to warn any potential visitors from staying in this appalling hotel. I travel for business and personal at least twice a month and have stayed in a range of hotels from 6 stars to 2 stars. This is BY FAR the worst hotel I have had the misfortune to...

If it weren't for the location and it being cheaper than some of its neighbouring hotels I would never stay there. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are small. The bathroom door doesn't lock and it's just this old looking sliding door. One of us had to make sure the door of her room is locked when she leaves because...

Thank you for making the Millennium London Knightsbridge your hotel of choice whilst staying in London. Naturally, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with regard to the size of the room and the issue you incurred with the door. Unfortunately the size of the bedrooms are out of our control, however; we endeavour to ensure the rooms are...

Amazing location, location, location!! When we checked in the staff are extremely friendly, rooms are very clean, and the food is really tasty. Highlight of the our short stay was when the night receptionist "Ahmed" managed to speak to my friends and I in 4 different languages which coincidentally we all came from those countries. Really great experience. Will definitely...

I had the pleasure to stay at the Millennium Hotels Knightsbridge for 2 days and it was great. The hotel is very central and very convenient to use as a starting point to discover London. The service is good and the rooms are good for size and comfort but a little bit pricy. The best thing about my stay there...

Checked into the millenium knightsbridge on Monday as the final part of my boyfriends 50th birthday celebration and can honestly say it exceeded expectations! Wonderful customer service given by all staff, especially Simona Fazio. She went out of her way to make my son's 10th Birthday a special treat, and after a day sightseeing, we came back to our room beautifully laid out with a cake, a gift, card signed by the staff and petals on the bed wishing him a H/Birthday. Anytime she...

The hotel was tiny but cozy. I had a small size room but who cares about that, the point is to be everywhere but the room! The hotel is perfectly located. Everything is walking distance from here. From Harrods to Big Ben. It is the center of London and its historical places. Great staff. Friendly and accommodating.

Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighbourhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
