The service was very nice. We were pleased with the staff and particularly with the breakfast. The rooms are clean. The only drawback is the size of the room, but I guess it is normal in London. Good experience.

It was luck to book a number in this hire in hi season, also Sherlock Holmes museum is very near. Hotel stuff is very friendly and nice! Free wifi and nice breakfast. Very convenient district and very close to metro. Internet sometimes goes broken from times to times.

Fantastic location and very good value for money. Rooms small but big enough, paint work could do with a touch up but comfy bed and pillows and very clean. Complimentary buffet breakfast was great certainly more than enough to fill you up. Lovely friendly staff especially the lovely lady who provides the breakfast who also has loads of good information...

I selected this hotel purely from the location, as I had meeting 10 minutes on foot early the following morning. It should be said the weather was hot and this had a knock-on effect inside my room. The room was large enough for what I needed, with high-ceilings which felt good. A large window, that could be opened, overlooking a...

Great location and friendly staff, an ideal starting point for many attractions, especially the cricket at Lords. Breakfast is basic and plentiful, the beds are ok and the shower works fine - what more do you want at this price in central London?

My mom and I spent three nights at the Americana Hotel in May 2016. Our room was tiny, but what hotel room in Europe isn't? The Wifi worked well for us, the free breakfast was nice, and the location was great - only a five minute walk from the Baker Street Tube station. There was also a mirror in the...

We stayed for 3 nights and the location was good as it's within walking distance of Baker Street and Marylebone tube stations. The breakfast was good although only continental, the room was ok despite having a window that was difficult to open, the wardrobe is ok for tall people as the rail to hang clothes is high up.

Just 4 minute walk from the biggest underground station (Baker Street Station), and from airport busses. Rooms are very simple but cozy, typical B&B.Grocery close by. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. I highly recommend for a business/tourist weekend in London.

I visited this hotel as a tourist. The hotel has everything you need and have paid for, and nothing more. The wifi is only available in the lobby, so I would not use this hotel for business trips. There is definitely room for improvement with the breakfast buffet.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
