My son and I stayed at this location while he was taking summer sessions at the Central School of Speech and Drama. During this time It is was a very busy property with many groups traveling in and out which made for delay's with elevator/ restaurant seating and service/ housekeeping delays. (rooms and hallways upkeep were often a tad neglected...

This hotel has a 1960's feeling to it but is very clean and comfortable and has...

I stayed here a few nights on business. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The Swiss Cottage Underground station is very close by and so although the location is up North of Regents Park, access to the rest of the city was easy. Had an extremely short stay at the hotel but only have good things to say about the place. From front desk to lounge staff to housekeeping I would say everyone did everything to make our stay comfortable. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and it was chaotic but room was always clean and complete with all supplies.
