Hotel Indigo was a lovely boutique getaway. We spent a week last Thanksgiving (US holiday) and had a marvelous stay. Clean, modern but warm and comfy. Polite staff. Nice amenities. Underground a block away and lovely neighborhood with money exchange near tube entrance and great restaurants. We stayed four nights and were well rested every day in London because of...

This was my first business trip to London. In full disclosure, I work for IHG Corporate, but have had limited time staying at the Hotel Indigo Brand properties. First off, to have a room ready when I arrived at the hotel at 10AM set the tone for a great stay. I had flown all night to get to London, so...

I can't rate this hotel highly enough. It's a very well presented boutique hotel just across the road from Earls Court Underground. I stay here quite often and have never been let down. All of the room are high standard and the staff are brilliant, especially Petar and Cristina on reception who make you feel very welcome.

Sorry, can't share the enthusiasm! Breakfast was simple, cooked dishes only by request and not on buffet - nothing like photos -. Very annoying the woman who came to knocking and checking (what???) always a few minutes after we came back to rest. Bathroom was not heated - try get a shower and then tell me. Deceived by high ranking...

We stayed here for just one night when we came down for the Rugby at Twickenham. Fantastic location just around corner from Earls Court tube station makes it really easy to get around. Parade of local shops and cafes/pubs and easy walk to Natural History Museum too. Room was lovely, we were lucky enough to be given room 103, which...

Really nice hotel with good location, next to the underground. Easy to access from Heathrow and to hit the city. Good and reasonably-priced pubs and restaurants in a walking distance. The room was cosy, clean and the heating was working well also in chilly February weather.

Really enjoyed the stay. Nice rooms. Good bathroom, loved the shower and speaker. Young, friendly and fun staff. Perfect location near tubestation, shops, pubs and restaurants. There's a smartphone in the room you can take out during the day, good guide for London.

The rooms look just like the pics. The room was immaculate and had ample space for me and my cousin. The decor was a nice mix of modern and traditional. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who allowed for early check in at 11 although normally check in is 3pm. I stayed in room 4 which is on...

Modern spacious rooms, each room has its own colour. This time its for me "teal". I have been upgraded in a premium room slightly bigger but at the ground floor.. maybe a bit noisy compared to the upper floor. Wifi, phone and mini bar are free of charge. I only had a few issue with the phone that wasn't working...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
