Hotel just around the corner from Euston Square station and right next door to a Costa, so a really good location that is close to a lot of restaurants etc. Rooms were very modern and had a coffee machine and coffee pods, as well as a kettle and instant coffee and teas. Room and bathroom was very clean too. Breakfast... More

I selected the hotel for its location, right above the Euston Square Underground. And it was. Also very close to great places to eat. I knew the room was small, but it was REALLY small, smaller than a train coupe! The toilet was even smaller with my face staring into the sink and it cost $200! And the lift is... More

Have stayed here twice now on a business trip. Hotel was booked by our employer. To be fair, the first time I stayed I had a double room & I couldn't really complain so we happily returned. Second time, single room. Difficult to access due to multiple doors. Very small. Expect broken wall sockets, no reading light & only table... More

Unclean, rude staff, small rooms and very smelly! Over priced and to be honest would rather camp out in Costa coffee or Mc Ds at a stretch! Very disappointed with this hotel, it has the potential to be great given such a central location to Euston station etc

If you are onto small rooms, you'll love this place. It's clean and neat. However, I checked in on Tuesday night and straight away there was the usual london screw up. I find it really hard to understand how service and communication seem to be totally void in this huge international city. But london is what it is and if... More

Well what can I say about this hotel me and my partner stayed there last month and it was in a fantastic place. Ten min walk from Euston station and a five min walk from Tottenham Court Road! Enjoy the sites of london in this fantastic hotel

As a couple, we found the hotel room too small and this is our main complaint. The hotel has an aggressive policy of demanding credit card details and taking a photocopy of your ID. This is despite paying in full in advance. Our room was 114 (Directly opposite the lift). The room was clean and tidy but ideally suitable for... More

My wife and I along with two cousins stayed in this centrally located hotel for four days in the beginning of October. During our stay we received wonderful service from the staff and especially from the manager, Navin Silwal. Our rooms were on the ground floor which was ideal for my wife who has polio and all the facilities were... More
