Although some reviews referenced the staff being impolite but I found them helpful and friendly. Unfortunately that was one of the few positives. My room was clean enough except for a little black mold in the bathroom. It was however very small and there was a lot of noise from the street. Additionally the bed was quite short even for...

I booked a double room last minute in an emergency and then got a shock when I read the other reviews on here! I expected a shambles of a hotel but in all honesty, even though yes, my room was small and some of the walls could do with a repaint, it was clean and modern and perfect for my...

The hotel is in dire need of a spruce. The walls and skirting board are worn and the grouting in the bathroom is dirty. The toilet would not flush properly. I went for a shower the first evening in the very rusty shower, and adjusted the shower head so that it sprayed outwards, the whole shower head came off in...

I recently booked and paid in advance for a room in the hotel; probably the most important service I was looking for was a decent night’s sleep. This simple and utterly reasonable expectation was denied me by the actions of the hotel staff bursting into my room without even knocking at around 3:30am and then leaving without apology. I was...

For it's price, it's not bad considering it's right next to Warren Street and Euston Square Tube Stations, which makes it ideal if you're going to be spending a lot of time in the city and using The Tube a lot. However, we spent £132 on a "deluxe" room, which ended up being on the first floor, on the corner...

Arrived late, staff were not terribly welcome, despite a sign on reception that said something on the lines of 'Meet, Greet, Repeat.' Needed photo id to check in. Room was small... (as expected.) Impossible to watch tv from bed. Couldn't face the shower the next day... very cramped. And the street noise! My room faced Euston Road: traffic, sirens, some...

Nice people, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, very good location. The hotel is not far from Euston station. It is located in the center of London, close to the British Library, the British Museum and UCL.

Booked this through booking .com and when I arrived they wanted photo ID which I didn’t have but know where did I see I needed it although they carried on with the booking. The room was very small facing out onto the Euston road so there was just no chance of having the windows open as too much noise. The...

Its basically clean and has friendly staff. Its also a cheap hotel next to the station in the centre of London. Noisy, a needs a refurb. You can probably do better and should be able to on the same money.
