Very small rooms. Sheets & floor not clean. Economical but at a price. Close to Victoria Station, thus very central. Stairs not mend for elder people. Toilet room requires skillful manoeuvering as tiny as it is. Sort of discovery trip to Dickensian London !

I actually liked the hotel to begin with... It was one of the lower costing hotels (for the area!). The location was good, not far from London Victoria. The room was very tiny, you couldn't swing a cat any which way. It was hard to get in the "bathroom" because the door barely opened in the little space it had...

The hotel lies very close to the center area of London. The price of a room is economic compared to other hotels, but the quality is also below the minimum level. The breakfast is very poor. They serve only cheese, boiled egg, some pastry and potatoes. The rooms are tiny, properly cleaned, but the bathroom was in an awful condition....

Was I could give this place 0 out of 5. I was promised parking and own bath which was some of the key reasons for choosing this place and I specifically stated the parking requirement in the booking. But when I got there is found it was Street parking where you could find space and on own expense and max...

Pictures explain it all.. disgusting crusty mould under sink, obviously been there a while. Peeling paint work. Shower was blocked and flooded the room after a few minutes of using! This price and location was good and friendly staff. But standard of room was so low, especially the mould, dont think its a safe environment!

The area is just great!!!.. however It is the worse experience in my life!! unfortunatelly I book it thru Hotwire where it said it was a 3 star hotel, but it is a minos 1 star!!.. I was assigned the room 12, after taking my luggage two floors up, walking thru dirty halls and carpet! I arrived to a room...

Booked this room via booking.com stated it was En-suite. Arrived to find a very small old disgustingly dirty room with no toilet and a shower block next round the bed. The room was so dirty as was the shower. The fan had wire hanging down in order for you to control it. Facilities very poor. The shared toilet was so...

No plug, broken toilet, broken shower, stained carpets, stained mattress...really wanted to rate high on price but cannot due to these issues. For a central London location I expect a wee bit more! Continental breakfast was fair, but perhaps jazz it up with some more fruit and brown bread and gluten free fare.

We are seniors on a budget and were very happy with our experience here. Our room was small but clean, quiet and comfortable, breakfast was good , staff helpful and the price and location were perfect. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to others who travel the same way. If you want 5 star it won't work for you,but for us...

This hotel is basic it is clean.. bed covers etc all clean. The en suite toilet and shower were small it did smell damp ..I prob wouldn't want to stay here for more than 2 nights but that is only because I would choose somewhere more than 2 stars for a longer break. Breakfast was great again clean and plenty...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
