We were on the top floor. The lift wasn’t working properly so we had to walk upstairs with our cases - no offer of help. The carpets on the stairway were threadbare or in some cases non existent!

Non existent customer service (especially the waitress at breakfast)! The room was really small and we will definitely not be staying there again!
The only good thing that I can say about the hotel is that it is in a good location.
I spent last night (18th may) with my daughter we went to London to do some sightseeing and shopping. I choose the Cheshire hotel as it was a good location and reasonable price. I didn't think to check TripAdvisor

Hotel is poor - room basic and very small. Some rooms under ground and awful dark.
Not enough tables for breakfast so didn’t bother
