They treated us like gold, the room was nice, great location across from museum.Unfortunately we cannot find notes with staff names, but from concierge to housekeeping to the doorman they made a 25th Anniversary highlight for us.

It’s 10 minutes flat walk or a 5 minute cab ride. Underground is more trouble than its worth as Russell Square tube station is very deep and takes ages to get out of and you still have 5 mins walk. Hope you enjoy.

If you are allergic I believe you will have to pick another hotel, I have see just twice dogs on my trips on premises but as far as i Know there are not any specific areas pet free and the entrance and exit of the hotel is... More
