When we arrived we received a very warm welcome at reception, we were able to check into our rooms early and were given chocolate covered strawberries on arrival at our suite. The...

We can't fault any aspect of our stay. Breakfast was included in our booking. There is a good cold buffet along with hot dishes cooked to order. We had...

Hotel staff was excellent. Room was cleaned almost constantly. Location was fantastic. Seven Dials is such a cool place. A great value for seeing most of London. Close to three tube stations. Within walking distance of Trafalgar Square.

The staff went out of their way to provide us breakfast when we had an early tour planned and opened the kitchen early for us when we had an early departure. Every employee was polite &...
