Unfortunately we got the room next to the kitchen, which was a bit noisy as we wanted to go to bed early. Also the next morning we had somebody noisy upstairs at 5am. Apart from that, the room was good and the beds comfy. Location of the room was also good for the taxi pick-up.

Good spacious room, good breakfast, good location representing great value for the area. Good access to underground services and Heathrow Airport connection. Good for overnight stay with a couple of places nearby to grab some food.

Fortunate to have discovered this family-run establishment a decade ago and it is quite unique. Easily approached from north-west London or the A4 and offering 24/7, all-year-round accommodation, this is a terrific base both for local venues and, given the bus and Tube links, those further afield - Oyster Travelcard available from the shop next door. Easy-access car park and...

We were in London for a birthday party and booed this hotel as it was very close to the venue. Well we couldn't speak highly enough. We booked a ground floor room due to mobility problems. Registration was carried out by extremely courteous and friendly staff. Our bags were taken to our room D 4 which was spacious, spotlessly clean...

This was the only hotel with available rooms and even so we had to change one to a double at the last minute. They were very helpful and the rooms were excellent. My single room was clean and spacious, with a wonderful ceiling fan - invaluable on a humid night! The staff were all smiles and provided an iron, ironing...

Good Location only about a mile to the tube station, cheap parking and you can leave it there at a cheap daily rate. Very good and friendly customer service, rooms a little tired, no lifts so not great with children if on the top floor

We stayed for four nights and found our stay very good. The room and bathroom were spacious. The room had been recently renovated. The front staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was just fine and was a full English. Boston Manor Tube Station is about a 10 minute walk away. We had a lovely meal in the Nepalese restaurant....

The negatives - (1) photo of the hotel is of the BACK of the hotel, making it hard to spot when driving. (2) this hotel grew, and getting to your room is: up 5 steps, ahead 6 paces, turn left, down 4 steps, ahead 8 paces, turn right, up 7 steps, etc. (3) doors don't automatically lock.. The positives -...

Room well equipped although no Iron of hair dryer, which wasn't an inconvenience to us, had a lot of tea and coffee stuff. Really friendly staff at the desk. asked if we could leave our car for the...
