I do not recommend! The rooms are not clean, the photos on their site lie! We had gaps in the matress, ladybugs in the room and windows, the heat wasn t working and there was mold and dirty towels! Please avoid!

The location is not the best, it is quite far from the city center but it;s good value for staying a couple of nights in London, where the hotels are expensive. Our room was nice but very tiny and when we arrived it was colder than outside and we visited in November so it was pretty cold, we called reception...

Read some previous reviews and was expecting the worst but I am glad to say I was pleasantly surprised. We had a room for four, for two nights as a base for a visit to London. It was basic but comfortable and secure. We washed and slept in it and that's all. We didn't eat any meals there as there...

I stayed hear with my 3.5month old, mother and sister. When we arrived the security team were lovely and helped us to park and carried my pram up the stairs. The gentleman on reception upgraded our room at no extra cost. We requested 6 extra pillows and they arrived Promptly with a smile on the porters face. The room was...

Some rooms didn't provide the elecricity either. it took a lot of time to fix the problem and the next morning it happened again. The personnel don't speak proper English. To compensate the inconvinience we were offered one breakfast which was...

Location was convenient for my needs - staying one night in Crystal Palace after meeting up with friends and ex-colleagues. Booked online in advance, checking in and out was straight forward. The room was extremely basic, I was given a larger room that had two bunk beds and two single beds akin to a small dormitory for workmen. The room...

Booked online... the picture of the room looked really nice and the reception area kept up that appearance... The bubble was burst as soon as we went into the room... we booked a room for 4 adults... one double and two singles. The double was too small... the window was so old that air whistled in... but the heating did...

Terrible, the first room we was put in was so far underground was ridiculous,no lift to it spent 10 minutes going up and down stairs trying to find it. Once inside it smelt of damp and was musky. It was ment to be a double, it was two beds pushed together and was so small that you couldn't open the...
