The breakfast is more than modest. Could be for 1 or 2 days, but not for more. Everyday the same 2-3 things. Boring. The rooms we were offered were very modest, the floor shaking when the people go out and in, when walking in the neighboring rooms.

It is just around the corner from a tube station and buses stop outside the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and because we were staying...

From the outside this hotel doesn't look good & that doesn't improve on the lobby but looks can be deceiving. The bedrooms have been updated do they are fresh & comfortable. The bathroom had reasonably sized towels & the shower was probably one of the best I have had in a London hotel- it was hotel & powerful. As I...

Two of us stayed here for two nights on a theatre break. Given the mixed reviews, I was a little nervous so was pleasantly surprised. Our room on the 4th floor was perfectly adequate, clean and all we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was basic but plentiful. I'll definitely stay here again as the...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
