We loved it. Such a great and amusing place. There is so much to look at. Its has a very old world/museum charm and the service was great. 30 min walk to Big Ben. I will look for availability next time we return.

Looking for a good value hotel to spend two nigets in over new years eve and day I came across The Pavilion. How glad I am I did. Whilst not exactly central it was handily placed for the tube and not that far away walk from Marble Arch. The room was smallish , but more than adequate for a two...

Not usually one to complain but this is an overpriced freezing shabby shelter that I had the misfortune of staying a night in over Xmas. Tried to get them to turn on the heating 3 times during the course of the stay got response about a timer (I see exact same complaint for same room (flower power) was made 3yrs...

Booked for 4 nights left after one night. Asked to change rooms on arrival as it was no bigger than a cupboard for two of us and ended up in one only slightly larger with three beds. Bathroom very very small and dated, the shower barely worked, the hot and cold taps were reversed and every time to toilet flushed...

Stayed here for a theatre break in the Indian summer room. The hotel is themed and the room packed with a four poster bed and Indian memorabilia. It is ideally situated a few minutes walk from the tube at Edgware road and you can walk along into Oxford Street in ten minutes or so. I love the retro feel of...

Stayed in the Funky Afro room for a few nights. Great fun decor, easy going and friendly staff. Very eclectic with a flea market retro vibe yet very clean and comfortable. Charming and decidedly un-generic. If mirror balls, fake fur & Marc Bolan or John Lennon prints are your thing - this is the place for you! But not for...

Booked through late rooms. After reading reviews on trip adviser was a bit worried. My room was a single in the basement. Clean basic room with shower and basin, w.c. was separate outside room in corridor. Small table and chair. Kettle and bonus of free wi-fi. Good location in that not to far from Paddington. Good price paid but if...

“The Metallica Room, in the basement had no hot water. Although the room was heated, the tile floor, in December, is very cold for bare feet. The private WC outside the room is unheated and very cold. But besides that, it was fine. Bed is pretty squeaky but very comfortable.”
