I love Hapimag and this is one of their best resorts. It's in a great location, the staff are excellent, the wifi works well and there's lots to do nearby. We'd love to go back, but they are about to close for a year for refurbishment.

Very good place to stay in and excellent welcome from Hapimag. The location is really in the center and very close to the Subway, Hyde park, Notting Hill and Portobello. The buiding is gorgious and is going to be modernized soon. I recommend strongly.

This hotel desperately needs refurbishment, an overall face lift up..currently I really can not make any positive comment about this place other than its location and the character of the building from outside. This hotels is giving very bad/undeserved reputation for Hapimag standards. Really shame for members who believe in hapimag like me.

This Hapimag site is ideally located in London near to all main attractions, but situated in the quite, nobel Lancaster Gate very near to Hyde Park. Bus and tube connections are nearby enabling a quick transfer to London´s main attractions. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

We stayed at the Hapimag London as one of our party was a member. The hotels' location is great as this was just a short walk away from the Lancaster Gate tube station offering excellent accessability to the rest of London. The first room we were put had leak in the bathroom but as they were fully booked that evening...

The location is well selected and to be able to stay here, a Hapimag member should book the room months before. If you apply in March for reserving a room here, the best possible option is almost always in September. The recycling bins are very close to the hotel, which helps creating a very clean neighbourhood. The sofa beds in...

Hapimag London is just a 3 minute walk to Hyde Park Lancester Gate. The location of the hotel is so convenient, very close to the metro station and 10 minute walking if u prefer to walk to Oxford Street. We prefer to go there at the last week of November or December just because of Winter wonderland in Hyde Park....

This was our second visit to Hapimag London - with the last time being in dec 2007 - and we remembered the very homey feel to the place and the fantastic area that the residence is situated in. This time we travelled with our family and the apartment had a lovely bedroom and very convenient living/dining/kitchen area with a sofa...

This accommodation is to Hapimag standards, is very well situated close to Lancaster Gate tube station, bus stops for 148 to Westminster and 94 to Piccadilly Circus, and across the road from Hyde Park.

With Hapimag for so many years and what a disappointing experience here in London. The location is great and so the staff. But the apartment (bi locale # 307) a disaster. Old, badly decorated with anonymous and tasteless frames. The lights are impossible... To keep the doors open we had to use the chairs. The bathroom very small.... Never again....
