We had a fabulous stay made possible by your marvellous staff. We really enjoyed the hotel and will visit again when we next come up to London. We could not find fault with anything and the experience is one we will remember.

We had a wonderful stay at the One Aldwych. The staff were friendly, efficient, polite and attentive, and the room was beautifully presented. The pool and gym facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. I will certainly recommend it, and plan to return.

This hotel is exquisite. The level of service is off the scale. From the second you get out of your car/taxi upon arrival, until the moment to get back in it to leave you feel incredibly special, but not harassed. The hotel is very elegant, modern, super comfortable, and a fabulous location with you wish to go to theatre/opera.

Noise from the other rooms was a bit annoying. However, overall, I got satisfied with the stay at One Aldwych. Staff is very kind, room is clean and good size, meal is nice, location is excellent. I would like to recommend to friends.

rooms are small and average...tv's need updating...entertainment system should be top notch, and it's not...this hotel has the potential to be a special place, one that would be a choice of both professionals and for personal reasons, but...the new restaurant was excellent.

Regular guest at Claridges, tried your property because of the pool, which I enjoyed. Introduction to the room was way too rushed and it took me the entire stay to figure out all of its workings. Wasn't even shown the hidden wall safe. I am a large man, 6 and a half feet tall, and despite having a king sized...

We treated our daughter for her 18th birthday to a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory afternoon tea. Everything was perfect. All the staff were lovely especially our waiter. They even gave her a little cake with a candle for her birthday! We needed a box to take away the leftovers as there was so much. The food was theatrical and...

Love the ambiance of this hotel and the friendly, attentive staff. Very conveniently located for theatre visits. Opt for a deluxe room, which is large by London Standards. First class hotel in every way.

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday with a group of 17. From the initial booking until we left the staff could not have been more helpful. They really made every effort to ensure our stay was special - the bar manager even organised a private room for a drinks reception for our party and they...

We stayed here at the weekend for a special occasion. Overall the hotel was excellent , just a couple of niggles, which for the price we paid need to be looked at. There was no Kettle, Tea,Coffee in the room which we found disappointing as the room cost over £400 for the night The bathroom was very designer but not...
