this hotel was the first that I've been impressed with while staying in London, everyone working there where polite and helpful, clean and the room was fantastic . The breakfast was lovely with full cooked or cold buffet , I would recommend to everyone .

This hotel is maintained to an excellent standard, compared to other buildings in central London, and I was very happy with the quality, design and space of my Superior Room (I might have been given a slightly more spacious room). Locationwise, no need to say much. It is evident on the map. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very courteous....

The location is very convenient with a Tube station few hundreds meters away. Reception ok, cordial and accurate. Room on 4th floor was ok. Only surprising gap at the otherwise satisfactory breakfast. No-lactose milk available. Curious to see if by the end of the 5 days of stay i'll get it... Strange that an hotel of this level and cost...

Stayed for Valentines..rooms small but nicely decorated and bathroom lovely. Nicer than sister hotel Kenilworth rooms. Great location. Comfortable beds and friendly helpful front desk staff. Steak and Lobster restaurant built in..Ok..but drinks really pricey. Museum and Plough pubs close by..Opposite British Museum.Would definitely revisit.

The staff here were friendly and tried to be helpful - even if the English of the restaurant staff was a bit hit and miss. But they needed to be friendly to make up for the hotel. Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
