I really don't know where to start. It was simply the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Rooms weren't clean, no none slip mat in bath for attached shower. Tiles missing in the bathroom. Had to kick the room door to get it to open. 2 or of 9 light bulbs in the room worked. Hardly slept because of the... More

When we arrived the front looked run down and tired, not a good first impression. The information for the booking had been recorded incorrectly. The receptionist asked me to pay which I had already done so on booking. I told him I had received the debit card receipt in the post! Luckily he was able to look back through the... More

Stayed here for one night, bit expensive at £65 for double room en suite for single occupancy Stayed in room 2 to be woken by the clattering of dishes and microwave pinging as the kitchen window opposite was open. Bed linen was clean, but very noisy, no remote for the TV and just generally needs an bit of updating, wouldn't... More

Stayed on this hotel before and wow. Talk about old old old. Pricewise not worth it. The only good thing about it. Food is ordinary. Place is kinda run down and really needs restoration. kinda looked liked Mr.beans place.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and I still deeply regret it. It was undoubtedly the worst sleeping experience of my life, and mind you, I have served in the army in the past. Filthy room and bedlinen, radiator that you just couldnt turn off so the room was just boiling, and dont get me started on the breakfast.... More

Well, for me, actually, the city, itself, was way more important than that would-be hotel I'd checked in. So had to turn a blind eye to the things went on in the hotel, like, worn out carpets, scuffed floor, and the like. I was trying to stay outside for as long as possible 'cos, you know, London and its sights... More

Beds rock hard, police sirens screeming up and down the very busy road the hotel is on. People from hotel knocking on door at 7am to get you up to move your car? The best thing about my stay was leaving. Would not go back

There was a bedbug infestation at the hotel. I was greeted by a pungent eggy smell in my room which I later realised was the musky odour associated with bedbugs. After researching bedbugs, it is a well known fact that bites can surface up to a fortnight after the initial exposure. This was the case for me and the other... More
