The 245-room hotel now boasts not only one of the most majestic staircases in Britain, but two bars & restaurants, a spa, a gentleman's grooming salon as well as some of the largest and most beautiful suites in the city. Our 5 star hotel is located at St Pancras International Station and is brimming with a fairytale facade that Sir George Gilbert Scott fashioned for the Midland Grand. Our hotel earns the ability to exceed every expectation while blending Victorian splendor with modern style and service.

We have stayed at St.Pancras Hotel a number of times now and have enjoyed it each time. This was a special visit as part of a weekend of birthday celebrations. Thanks to everyone at the hotel we had a fantastic time. We can highly recommend this hotel, where you can be

Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at, treat yourself to a Chambers Suite, park the car, enjoy the complimentary bar and snacks in the heart of London. Stunning building, staff and rooms. Considering where you are this is an oasis, the architecture takes time to ingest.

On TA-Marriott Insiders recommendations booked Chambers Club, the upcharge was considerable versus Barlow wing room. Only pre check request was a view of the Eurostar terminal (definitely worth it). Mid Jan. 2pm arrival for 3 night stay check in super professional, room was

My favorite hotel in all of London. It’s got class, history, wow factor, service, and so much more.... without a doubt worth any penny and if you can afford the “old wing” spring for a suite! The std rooms are plain, but still lovely. You’ll be taken back in time where luxury

We always do our best to accommodate early check-in requests, however this is always subject to availability. Should your room not be ready upon your arrival, we are pleased to store your luggage and send it to your room as soon as it becomes ready.

There are a few options to get to us from Heathrow via train or London Underground. You can take the Heathrow Express train, from Heathrow to Paddington station (can take 15-20 minutes depending on the terminal), and from there you can then take a short taxi ride from Paddington to the hotel. You can also take the London Underground from Heathrow Airport directly to Kings Cross St. Pancras on the Piccadilly line. This can take from 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes depending on trains. Please note that this would mean carrying luggage around the Underground network and possibly going up some stairs; however there are lifts available at these stations if needed too.

You can visit the Grand Staircase at any time, even if you are not planning to stay at the hotel. Should you wish to have a look at the Grand Staircase from a higher floor, please do not hesitate to ask our staff, who will be delighted to assist. We also offer historic tours every Saturday and Sunday, which are free for hotel guests and £24.00 per person for non-residents.
