We had two beautiful adjoining rooms at the front of the hotel. I highly recommend anyone doing the same for a big family treat in London. We were off to see the Harry Potter show at the Palace Theatre. Such an iconic building! The architecture, the interiors, the stunning Gilbert Scott grand staircase. The almost surreal views of the platform...

The hotels decor and design is stunning. It's in a great location and easy to get to anywhere. Unfortunately for a supposedly 5 star hotel it wasn't as good as it should/could of been. The bar area is cool but the service wasn't that of a 5star hotel. The food and drinks were very pricey and I had to pay...

I stayed here with a friend for the weekend. On our arrival, we were highly impressed with the stunning lobby, facade and Booking Office restaurant and were treated like royalty by the attentive and friendly Alex, who was on reception each day and always greeted me by name. Our room, in the Barlow Wing, was pretty drab but the beds...

Visited the lobby bar today for some tea and cake with my family. The atmosphere is really nice, but all cakes we had were rock hard and really old. You are calling this a 5 star hotel ? ?Very disappointing...

Had business meal at the restaurant. The atmosphere in the old ticket office is really good but Thursday night it is very. Yay and the acoustic is not ideal. The food choice is limited and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. So great look and architecture but mediocre food

My family and I visited this hotel for an overnight stay for a family re-union. This is simply the best hotel in the UK I have ever stayed in. Architecturally it is stunningly beautiful, clean and superbly maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and despite being located in central London very quiet. During our stay the hotel had a power...

I have wanted to stay at this hotel since before it opened and I wasn't disappointed. The service matched the stunning architecture and it was a truly memorable stay. Special mention to Andrea in the lounge who made us feel like old friends. We ended up having our evening meal on the lounge and she looked after us for hours...

This was our 2nd stay at this Beautiful Iconic London hotel and yet again it didn't disappoint, everything from check in to check out was faultless. First person to mention was Alex on front desk, so pleasant and helpful and willing to go the extra mile, our room wasn't ready at 3pm, he simply re located us into another room....

I was thrilled to have a meeting at the sumptuously decorated bar/ restaurant attached to the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, as I had read about the refurbishment (at great cost) of the once nearly derelict space, a few years ago. The highlight was not the comfort of the ochre leather armchairs or the almost over attentive service, bu thre glorious,...

We went for lunch here two days in a row. It's beautiful, elegant and serene. I loved this place. We only had a simple meal but it was delivered and prepared with such finesse we were overawed. The service was brilliant, the food was better. It can be fairly busy but we did not book and still got a table...
