Staff really friendly - it makes a difference ! We were upgraded to a suite which was nice although could be noisy - earplugs supplied as it over looked the station. We didn’t eat at the hotel but had some cocktails and both bars we went to were very nice. Beautiful building and

This hotel is part of the old St Pancras Station and is therefore very unique in its atmosphere and setting. The reception area is the old booking hall and its architecture is very beautiful and intricate. The space is vast and includes a lounge/bar/cafe where you can have tea

We didn’t stay here but had coffee in the lounge and a tour of the hotel. It looks really comfortable and quiet. The suites are beautiful- contemporary amenities inserted into the original rooms. Next time we are in London we will stay here

I've stayed at this hotel almost a dozen times in the last two years, specifically because of its convenient location, superb staff, excellent ambiance, and comfy rooms. It's not cheap, but - prior to this trip - there was always very much the impression that you got what you

Yes, it is very easy. Take Piccadilly Line direct from Heathrow to King’s Cross St Pancras Underground Station. You then have about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. If you have a lot of luggage the underground station has a series of lifts to get you to street level. It is a bit of a pain but quite doable.

You can visit the Grand Staircase at any time, even if you are not planning to stay at the hotel. Should you wish to have a look at the Grand Staircase from a higher floor, please do not hesitate to ask our staff, who will be delighted to assist. We also offer historic tours every Saturday and Sunday, which are free for hotel guests and £24.00 per person for non-residents.

Do the rooms have a fridge? Thanks
No. But I think they have a small mini bar.

I think I have stayed in virtually every one of the old Chambers rooms. They are very nice and all can be reached by a lift, however, several of the rooms have stains inside the room between levels, just 2 or 3, but if they will pose a problem be sure to alert the hotel in advance of your stay. The Harry Potter staircase is gorgeous but you will definitely NOT need to climb it to reach the Junior Suites.
