Small room, dirty carpet, broken fittings in bathroom. Room has tea & coffee but, no safe, no iron, no phone, no mobile phone coverage, no hairdryer …. No anything really. Bed and pillows were comfortable and there was no noticeable noise in the room. Staff were very good - pleasant and helpful. Location is OK – 5 minutes walk from...

The hotel was shabby. My first impression of the hotel was of disappointment. The food was greasy and the healthy options were not appealing. The room really smelt and the bathroom had mould growing in the shower which you could smell. Whilst I realised that a budget hotel would not have any 'frills', this was basic to the extreme. The...

The room we were offered was compact but cosy, with a very comfortable bed. We were offered the top "quiet" floor, and weren't disturbed at all. The only downside to the room was the lack of bath (shower only), however this was stated on the website. We had a 10% off code, so on top of the already good value...

Great basic accomm. As long as you want the basics done really well (comfortable bed, well ventilated room, good shower, good value breakfast with tasty sausages!). We will come back. As long as Travel Lodge keep their prices competitive!

Stayed with work and this hotel has the basics you need but expect nothing more. General cleanliness was good although a room service tray has been left in the hallway from when I got back last night to leaving this morning. Obviously a good location and the rooms are very quiet with good windows blocking out the London clatter. The...

Pros: The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds extremely cosy! The staff was very nice. Decent breakfast. Location was great, only a short walk from Waterloo station and walking distance to Tate Modern and St. Paul's. Cons: The hotel is overall nice, but I would say a bit overpriced. Being a franchise it feels cold and impersonal. The...

This hotel is very busy but the staff were very efficient , from checking in to serving drinks and food . Our room was basic but perfectly fine and comfortable . You may wait to get a seat if you wish to eat , we waited about twenty minutes but once we had ordered our food didn't take long ....

Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast is good value for money, and of reasonable quality. It is fresh, so don't confuse this with the normal inedible pre packed Travelodge offerings! Shower curtain did not reach shower tray, so you end up paddling in the bathroom after someone has had a shower. Music in the bar in the evenings is great...

The rooms are decently sized with TV and Shower room. Staff are friendly and the evening meal was better than I expected. The breakfast was quite tasty too. I didn't have any concerns, It isn't luxury but is comfortable and clean.

Fresh towels supplied, breakfast was good value children under 16 free. Bar/cafe pleasant to sit in. No noise in hotel or from outside. Will use this travelodge again
