Check-in was seamless and the staff recommended nearby interests. Room was cleaned consistently. The smell from the in room fridge on the first night was atrocious. Smell improved with time..... Good location, close to central London without the hustle.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 10 November 2016

I first reviewed this hotel in 2012 and have been coming here nearly every year since. We just love everything about it, from location, near the palace of Westminster, the London eye and Waterloo station less than ten minutes walk. Studio apartment was as always clean, modern and bright Separate lounge area with T.V. Bathroom has separate bath and shower,...

Stayed here during spring break because of location, which in perfect, right across Parliament and Big Ben. It is very close to all the major attractions and river and Waterloo station. Nice and clean hotel, friendly stuff, comfortable rooms, even though small (but you are not there during the day). Biggest issue was breakfast which was super expensive (GBP20 per...

Hotel has excellent location. Just few mins away from Westminster tube and across the bridge. Booked a triple room with a nice view looking at the London Eye. Staff was really friendly but it can get really busy, so had to wait for a while until I was served. Have come back and will come back again :)

My friends and I spent week here with Monograms Tours (Globus). We were walking distance from the bridge, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. Also close to restaurants. The staff was attentive. We had a buffet breakfast daily and it was very good, with a good selection...although I missed my good coffee!! The lounge/bar was very busy, but again we...

Staying in Southbank

Neighbourhood Profile
Southbank
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
