Mara, the owner is great. She was in constant communication with me on email days before my arrival. She was extremely helpful during my stay and so warm. I needed that especially since I was solo on my trip and sometimes lonely. My room was facing the front and was a little noisy (not used to that), but the bed...

Mara, the owner, was very nice and helpful. The price was very good, room was nice and clean. Great location in Hammersmith between several tube stations and close to pubs and reastaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice stay for a good value.

Stayed here for two nights, chosen based on reviews, location and price. It's a comfortable place to stay with an easy going and homely feeling about it. My single room was at the front, facing the street and could be quite noisy. Since I also live in the city and am used to traffic at night I slept with no...

I was welcomed by Mara, the proprietor, who is incredibly friendly and hospitable. The rooms are very clean, en suite, have a fridge, double glazed windows...all you need really. There are an abundance of superb eateries within a five minute walk, and excellent transport to wherever you need to get to. Very happy with everything. Will definitely come back!!

This hotel was excellent value and location, it was very close to Hammersmith station and Westfield shopping centre. I felt safe and secure, being a single guest. The owner was pleasant and helpful. There were fresh towels and the room was nice and warm.

This is great value for a place with ensuite rooms in zone 2 of London. It's clean, not too small, and has all the basic furnishings for a short stay. There's complimentary towels (this usually incurs a fee in other budget accommodations in london!), soap, tea and biscuits. There's even a fridge which is great for storing fruit. It's within...

For budget accommodation in London we were really impressed! Cute little room with everything you need and nice touches like tea and coffee, biscuits etc. Room was traditional UK decor and the host was helpful and kind.

I have made a reservation at Hotel Sergul from the 3rd to 13th November 2014. The hotel is well located, near the Hammersmith and Shepeherd's Bush Underground and Overground stations, and close to a lot of good restaurants and pubs. The staff was very attentious. As we have to leave a few days before of our reservation, they give us...
