I stayed here for 3-4 hours, but really liked the place. I stayed with 6 more people in the room, and they were nice people. Also hostel has a bar where you can get free beer ;) I would go here, if I visit London once more.

Not for the shy, with it's 12 bunk rooms, this hostel is a wonderful place for exploring London from. Just across the Thames from Battersea Power Station, and a few minutes walk from Pimlico tube station. Downstairs is a pub and lounge area, with free soft drinks, tea/coffee for residents. Also a lovely array for the buffet breakfast. The hostel...

I went to a different hostel everyday on my holiday, and this one was by far the best. Very cheap, free drinks, free breakfast, I don't even understand how it's possible, very nice and helpful people. Only negative thing is that nothing is really close, but you should just travel with the underground anyway.

Hi Ryan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us such nice review of our hostel. We are very happy to know you could make the most out of our free continental breakfast and free amenities! The hostel may seem to be far from certain places but it is actually in the centre of Zone 1 and bus 24...

Lovely little hostel. The staff made me feel welcome when I was a little nervous with this being the first time I've stayed in a hostel. Thought it was really good how you got free soft drinks at the bar and breakfast in the morning. The bed was a little uncomfy and the rooms could do with better ventilation but...

My friend and I arrived at Travel Joy Hostel at 11.30pm. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. They helped us make a booking as we had some difficulties to do it; no phones, no wifi and no credit cards. I recommend Travel Joy Hostel to anyone who wants to visit London as this hostel, in my opinion, is the...

Great location. Free WiFi, Breakfast (super complete), hot/soft drinks & free walking tour. You have a fridge and microwave to use any time you need. But the best thing about this hostel is it's staff. Everyone were amazing, nice and friendly. Great stay, I'm thinking of going back to London and I definitely will stay here again (and I'll bring...

Was in London on a short stay which was plagued with bad luck (nothing to do with the nice Londoners though!) but the one good thing was staying at Travel Joy Hostel. I have been to many hostels in and around Europe, the staff here can obviously smile more and serve better. Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
