The service quality is good, the location too. But in the room there is some problems. We can close the door when you are in the toilet, our knees are outside the toilet... And the shower is not good, the strengths of the water is very low... It's very difficult to clean shampoo or shower gel with this. But finally...

The hotel is situated in a nice, quiet location, ten mins walk from Tuffnel Park tube. The staff were friendly and polite. The twin room was very basic, cheap but comfy beds, wash basin , drawers and a small tv. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room , but there was a drinks machine in the lobby and the toilet was...

I stayed in this hotel a couple of days ago with a friend. On the upside - the room was warm (too warm but better than too cold) and bed was quite comfortable, room was clean. Downsides - room was so small it felt like a cell. I am 5ft 4" and had trouble shutting the loo door so my poor boyfriend at 6ft 4 had no chance. The shower was a cubicle...

The rooms are warm and clean, the breakfast is fresh and whatever you need help with, they try to provide. Every member of the staff was very friendly. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the underground...

Stayed here for two nights while sight seeing. The hotel was lovely and clean with friendly staff. Breakfast was all freshly made to order. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and manager always polite. No more than a 5 min walk to underground and local shops. Parking is free on weekends and after 6:30pm.

On arrival we were put in a room with no en suite which we had asked for. This was extremely annoying and inconvenient. Cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. Staff were very nice and friendly. Location was ideal for underground.
