What a lovely place to stay, so close to London, 2 train stations from Victoria Station to Clapham Junction station or a cheap taxi ride, convenient close to great restaurants and the host is charming - with reasonable rates. Also clean and tidy and after a long day in London you can sit in the garden with a nice quiet...

Thanks to the tripadvisor reviewers we booked our stay. From the beginning, Tony was a great help in planning our first visit to London. When we arrived at the hotel, Lisa was so warm and inviting. Our room was spacious and spotless. The hotel has a kitchen and dining area that is fully equipped. In addition, during our stay, John...

Used this B & B for one of our employees for approximately 7 months who was working in the area, the feedback from our employee was that the B & B was very comfortable and staff extremely helpful, no complaints whatsoever. Room very comfortable and clean and easy access to central London.

They stayed in room 4 which has a seating area which apparently made all the difference! I think this will now be their bedroom of choice when visiting us in...

The hotel was spotless. It is quirky but personal. Beds very comfortable. Staff v helpful. Easy to find. Good value for London. Some rooms small but I certainly had a good nights sleep. No lift though. Breakfast simple continental but enough. Brown bread would have been nice as a choice.

We stayed here (four persons) during one night. The place is very small, very tiny and not roomy in any matter. However, the service is fantastically positive and the the whole guest house is very, very clean. The breakfast is not too nice but you can survive with that till lunch or a snack.

Breakfast was lovely although not a full English but great none the less. Would certainly recommend it. Even posted us our charger after we left it behind. 💒⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐
