I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment which has generous oversized rooms. In addition to the bedroom and the bathroom, there is a well-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine), dining area and a lounge. Nice classic design although not high quality - many areas, on closer inspection are falling apart. It feels like all the springs in the...

This Hotel was such a pleasant surprise - stylish, quirky and utterly wonderful. We stayed just the one night but on entering the room I wished we'd book a few more! Room was great, we didn't make use of the free phone but I thought it was a nice touch. It was perfectly located next to the Central Line time...

Loved this hotel! Very stylish and boutique. Good quality fittings and L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom. We had a large suite for a very reasonable price over the Christmas period. Restricted parking during the week, but free in the evenings and weekends. The restaurant is not always open though.

This is a nice hotel. We stayed one night. Our room was really big by London standards. I loved the decor very cool. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed with a bathtub and shower combined, which was nice. They have very nice L'occitane toiletries. The pool whilst only having two lanes is worth a visit for...

Dear Cat_holiday Lovely to hear you enjoyed you stay with us, thank you for sharing your experience with the Trip Advisor community. As our top holiday destination, the Town Hall Hotel never stops to amaze us! It appeared a calamity that my sister left her phone at home. After listening to her whinge for the whole journey, we anticipated a miserable Christmas. However guess what we saw when we first entered our apartment. A free-of-charge hotel mobile phone to use for everything...

We keep coming back because it's so good. Friendly, efficient staff. Beautiful rooms. The pool is a great bonus. A high end experience with none of the pretension. I would still like to live here if I could.

I have stayed here twice now and this is a perfect hidden gem in the city. It's a quick walk to the Bethenal Green tube stop and only 1 stop from Liverpool Street station. We had a great stay at townhall hotel - it was not our first visit - we enjoyed our stay every time. At the last stay we were a little disturbed by a christmas party in the hotel.
