The style of the hotel is great, it's in the building in a former town hall. THe staff was helpful and kind. My room was on the -1 floor, so I wasn't really satisfied with the view (which didn't exist). The room was too cold for me, they put in a small radiator but it didn't help much. There is...

Dear Karácsony M, Thank you for your thoughtful observations subsequent to your recent trip to Town Hall Hotel. It is regretful the hotel has only 3 floors and does not benefit from residing in one of the City's skyscrapers. Most hotels in London suffer an unfortunate, similar fate. your compliments are much appreciated and have been shard with the relvant...

This hotel is created in an old Town Hall in the eastern part of London. The rooms are big, clean and impressive. The service is good and friendly. It is a bit far from central London, but there are busses going almost right outside the hotel.

Dear Per411, Thank you for your supportive review and for recognising some of the benefits of choosing to stay at Town Hall Hotel, whilst it seems far from central London, the property is actually only 20 minutes away by Tube, the nearest station being Bethnal green, just a few minutes walk away. Please visit again and don't forget to tell...

We love East London, and had stayed in the area before, so we knew we could find lots of vegan food, a sweet little yoga spot, and plenty of transportation to the more touristy parts of the city - (buses, the Bethnal Green tube stop and the Cambridge Heath overground are all within easy walking distance). I can't praise the...

Got a good deal and thought this place looked very unique. We got upgraded from a suite to an apartment which was good. I loved that the bathroom had L'Occotaine toiletries. Nice large bath, and the touch with the "hangover kit" and "intimacy kit" were nice. However the prices of the cocktails in the bottles were extortionate, £18! I understand...

Beautiful room and amenities, good location, excellent breakfast. The breakfast staff were really nice but the front reception staff were not very friendly, but we expected this from other TripAdvisor reviews. We stayed in a ground floor room under the restaurant and we could hear the chairs on the floor above from late at night for functions and then from...

We LOVE this hotel. It was our second time at the Town Hall and only managed to stay two days in London, but it is a great base to call your own. If you haven't been, the Hotel has a great modern/heritage/funky feel to it that I hope the management team keeps nurturing and developing. I saw this as I...

No value for money with bad service. Restaurant options really strange menu. In the morning breakfast was served by men wearing jeans not really what you would expect. Never will visit again. The area seems upcoming but also a bit dodgy.

I've stayed here a half-a-dozen times or so, and it never disappoints,. The rooms are ultra modern, very clean, and the price point is good, if you aren't paying sold-out prices. Any of the suites comes with everything you need and more to have a home away from home. The staff are pleasant and are attentive to your needs. It's...

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in January 2017 while visiting family in London. It's a beautifully repurposed and modernized building, formerly the Town Hall. Lovely large suite with a kitchen, clothes washer/dryer combo, and very smart looking large bathroom with toilet, sink and a large tub/shower combination. We were very pleasantly surprised, as our experience with European...

I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment which has generous oversized rooms. In addition to the bedroom and the bathroom, there is a well-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine), dining area and a lounge. Nice classic design although not high quality - many areas, on closer inspection are falling apart. It feels like all the springs in the...
