Stayed one night, good place if on the go and cheap. Fairly clean, good hot shower, kitchen stocked well and you can help yourself at any time. Beds are to small in length and they are metal frame, so you feet hang over the end of the bed, not comfortable. Ok for a one night pit stop.

This property is wonderful. It is very convenient to the metro and to downtown London. Our room was comfortable, quiet, reliable free WiFi, sink in room, good bed. The shared bath was fine for us, only shared with one other room. A wide variety of breakfast fixings are included, both hot and cold, which made a nice start to the...

Its location close to Norbury station is convenient for travelling but might annoy the light sleepers, as trains can be heard almost 24/7 from certain rooms. The common kitchen is accessible all day and breakfast food's also always available any time. The property also offers free wifi everywhere and has a backyard (good feature for smokers).

For me, the only thing this hotel has going for it is the proximity to the nearest train station with an easy link into central London. The room wasn't especially clean, the bathroom was mouldy and the noise carried so that even the quietest guests could be heard at almost all times. I won't be using again.

This hotel would be ok to stay for maximum 1 night but defenetley not for this price the room is very very basic you have to share one very tiny toilet between 5 or more rooms there is very poor sound isolation so you will hear everything and there is nobody who cooks breakfast for you you have to cook...

The hotel could do with a very good clean the bathroom was not as clean as it could have been, and the bedding was not that great. The worst thing was the lack of sleep due to the banging of doors, and the main train line at the bottom of the garden. The bed was definitely not the best I have...

I do not normally write reviews but I registered specially to write this one! I stayed for two nights recently and would not recommend it. There was no hot water either morning, I do not like cold showers. The curtains did not fit and it was a noisy road outside. I did not have time for breakfast as you have...

Overall this hotel is cheap for London but still too expensive for what you get. I expected it to be basic but I also expected the hotel to be clean. Unfortunately throughout the hotel it was unclean, with mould growing in the bathrooms and on the skirting boards. I booked this hotel through booking.com and initially walked past the hotel...

I've always found TA a good gauge of a hotel, if there are enough good reviews you can usually safely book in. In this case however my experiences in no way matched the reviews of the hotel, and I suspect that there is some confusion with the name of this establishment which on booking.com comes up as Flexistay Norbury apart...
