We stayed 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. Kanley and David are very accommodating and friendly and we really enjoyed the communal breakfasts and meeting folks from around the world. The place is spotless and beds and pillows were very comfortable. A fan is provided which is nice for white noise although it is a very quiet location. The...

My partner and I were lucky enough to find a room for the weekend at this fantastic B&B with it’s wonderful hosts, Kanley and David. What our room lacked in size was more than made up for by the cleanliness, great service, perfect location and the excellent breakfasts. Kanley goes above and beyond to make all the guests feel welcome…his...

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights on our first trip to London. The location is fantastic- less than a 5 minute work to the Vauxhall Tube station on the Victoria Line. My husband and I, and friends spent 3 nights at the B and B on Vauxhall Grove, and 3 nights nearby in their overflow apartment. We could not stay at the B and B the entire time due to the fact that it was completely booked. At the B and B, my husband and I had a lovely ensuite room,...

I recently stayed at 69 The Grove for three nights. Kenley and David were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were amazing, both the food and the conversation with other guests. Having just returned from two weeks in Kenya, they even helped by providing laundry service. The B & B was near the Vauxhall Tube and Rail station, making it convenient to...
