I wanted to try an apartment rather than hotel stay for a business trip. This place was quiet, well set up, close to a paddington station and Hyde park. The apartment slept 3, I'd recommend 2 but 3 is possible. Smart TVs and free wifi were good. Kitchen minimal but fit for purpose, shower was powerful. Only downside was like...

Location is good. Close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. We didn't find them at all noisy. Surrounding area was nice. Bed was comfy. Bathroom small and shower was not the cleanest but all in all okay and did the job for a one night stay

Stayed for one night- group of 5. The location is ideal, 5 minute walk from Paddington station, the reception staff were helpful, car parking situation is if you can get on the left hand side of the road you will pay £2.70 an hour up until 6.30 pm and then again from 8.30am the following day. Apparently this is cheaper...

Noise levels made it impossible to sleep, appears to be no insulation between the floors to limit noise. we were in the basement. The room itself was clean, and comfortable. Made a complaint via email on two occasions, and got no response. Would definitely not revisit

Having booked to stay here I then decided to read the reviews of this place. I immediately had that 'oh no' feeling! Reviews mentioning poor rooms, bad service and noise were enough to make me look at other locations. But, I decided to give the apartments the benefit of the doubt and stay here anyways..... wow what a surprise. Superb...

I advised anyone please do not stay here you will get no sleep. Stayed in the basement and was kept up ALL NIGHT due to noise of people banging doors, running up and down the stairs and our room phone was ringing by random people and this was very scary at the time. Me and my family felt very unsafe...

My partner received an electrical shock when he tried to retrieve his washing from the hotel washing machine. When he reported it to the receptionist, she said she would send someone around to look in the morning (it was 10pm) but took no steps to secure the area, shut off the power or retrieve the clothing. This was on Monday...

Best thing about Hyde Park Apartments is the location. You can get to Paddington Station (either the national railway, or the underground subway) within 8-10 minutes of walking. There are a few convenient stores nearby, within walking distance, as well as a few souvenir shops. Also, Hyde Park itself is a quick 5-7 minute walk away. We came in winter,...

Asked for card details including CVC number and photocopy of ID. Refused and was offered to pay cash on the day. At calling for 6PM for check in was left high and dry as out booking had been cancelled but they forgot to tell us in the morning. Appalling.
