In a great location these apartments are absolute fine. It depends on your purpose for them. We literally checked in, went out to a concert in Hyde Park came back went to bed and checked out. So no actual time was spent there. A place to put your head down on a quick trip. I was pleased with my choice.

We nearly always stay in studio apartments rather than hotels in London. As a couple, usually staying for 4 or 5 days at least, that makes sense to us. This time, nothing was available under £200 a night in our normal hunting grounds south of Hyde Park, so we looked North. Princes Square Apartments looked very good value at £120. Our stay confirms that that is the case.

The location is convenient for any number of central London trips. Hyde Park is an easy walk. The West End is just a few stops, either by bus or by tube. I am sure that the enormous price difference compared to similar apartments further south is just an accident of timing, but even with identical pricing, these apartments stack up In quality with their competition south of the park.

As other reviewers have noted, the staff are extremely helpful. Most praise the studio rooms, though a few have complained about their size. This is an old building. The rooms do vary in size enormously. If the room you are given is too small, and ours was, it is likely that the reception will be able to switch you to a much bigger room, at the same price, with little difficulty.

I only withheld the 5th star for reasons which are beyond the management's control. The corridors are very narrow. The lift is tiny. The smallest rooms should really be defined as single studios not doubles.
None of these issues will affect your experience the moment you pass through the front door of your room.

I reviewed this already, but don't see it here. So I will write again. I have lots of allergies and the lack of dusty curtains an so forth is perfect. Good Location. Serviceable kitchenette. Our ground floor room faced the sidewalk, and the frosted glass windows had to be opened during swelterng weather, so it was not private feeling. We frequnty heard a loud voice from someone using their phone beneath the window. Would stay again if we could get a different room.

The Prince's Square Apartments represent excellent value for money and offer exceptional service and comfort for the price range and location. Located centrally in Bayswater, the apartments are conveniently located near Bayswater Station - close to shops, lovely restaurants and some great pubs! They are a short walk to Hyde Park and major London attractions. The apartments are immaculately maintained with a cleaning service every second day. There is a small self contained cooking area so you can make your own meals if you choose. The apartment was quiet, internal heating was great and the Wi-Fi was fast and did not drop out once, which is a record for free wi-fi in London. The highlight of the stay was the exceptional service! Tom went over and above to ensure that the stay was as comfortable as possible - he was able to book taxi's at the best price and even allowed a late checkout due to a long flight home. Overall, fantastic value, comfortable stay and exceptional service - thanks again Tom! I will be back!

Stayed here for valentines evening in the one bedroom apartment with my partner and never expected that it would look exactly to what is advertised!

Great location, excellent price, friendly staff, very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and feels homely.

We will definitely be returning (hopefully soon) and I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic experience all round, staff were very helpfull and polite, accommodation was lovely, great microwave and fridge with freezer box, saving us a fortune on food and cold drinks!! Location is unreal, 5 mins walk from Hyde park, bayswater tube and Queensway tube so centre and circle line at your doorstep. TV was HD so Chromecast worked fine and internet connection solid for streaming video. Only one thing it could do with is an ashtray out the front steps, but if that's really being picky. Will most definitely recommend and we will stay here again, best value city accommodation going!! Thanks guys!!

We had a great and long stay at Prince's Square Apartments, the studio was bright, spacious and clean, all the staff is amazing and it is very well located, walking distance to Notting Hill, Kensington Gardens and to bus stops and undergrounds. We recommend it and will definitely stay there again!!!

This apartment was perfect when my best friend and i had a girls weekend in the city. The location is great, not even 5 minutes walk from the tube and set in a lovely leafy square away from the busy roads. There are bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk yet you do not feel like you are in a city.

the room was bright, immaculately clean and included a large bedroom, large lounge and a basic kitchen with everything you needed. the bathroom was a little on the small side but perfect for what we needed, the shower was nice and hot and everything was clean - what else do you need?

The staff were very friendly and really helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I honestly really recommend this place for both long and short term rentals.

There are 3 or 4 PS Apts with similar names, so be careful to double check the address. This is THE one. Location is great, 200 mts to Bayswater Underground Station and 400 mts to Queensway Station. Very nice neighborhood and a supermarket just around the corner. Laundry facilities and elevator in the building. Extremely clean spacious room with kitchenette and fridge, nice bathroom. A special mention to Tom in the front desk, just exceptional, always attentive and ready to help. I would definitely recommend it.
