Nice pub! Good choice of beers, they played latino music and there was a dancing class as well. Very young and friendly place in heart of pimlico. It is Also an hostel, that' s why it is full of young people chilling there.

River front pub opposite the iconic Battersea power station and about a 5 minute walk to Pimlico Station. Friendly and helpful staff provide a decent range of beers and food. We didn't dine here. The pub is also a hostel and the decor reflects the student/backpacker customer. We worth looking into.

My wife and I were taking a wander around pimlico whilst visiting London when hunger struck. We headed towards the nearest train station and stumbled across this beautiful and ornately tiled pub directly opposite battersea power station. We were enticed by the promise of Thai food and decided to try it out, a decision we didn't regret. The Thai dumplings...

We were 4ppl going to this hostel and it was a nice basic hostel that shocked me with the free soft drinks 24/7! They also had breakfast included and they say they had pancakes but I would say they didn't because how that was organized! Other then that it was a nice place with mostly friendly staff!

This is a cool pub in a great location. They serve good beers from friendly staff and offer a full menu of pub favourites. What more could you want from a local boozer? The location is excellent for Chelsea and the City. They even offer hostel accommodation.

Remember folks, this is not a hotel it's a hostel. But it is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in! It's more like a cosy bed and breakfast than a hostel. I went on a 2 day school trip to London, on Monday and Tuesday there (12/13 January 2015). Stayed in room 1, 3 bunk beds 1...

We had a private twin room with en suite, the room was spotlessly clean with new furniture a fridge and huge TV. Towels were lovely and fluffy. The staff were very helpful and friendly, happy to give London advice. The free soft and hot drinks are a nice touch and I think we demolished most of the free sweets!

I'd been to a show in the evening and couldn't get home. A friend was already booked in here and I arrived looking like a drowned rat, freezing cold and rather pissed off! They had a bed available for me at £10 for the night. In fairness, it beats paying £60 for a taxi home! The room was a little...

I recently stayed at the King William IV with 2 friends for 2 nights and we were all pleasantly surprised. As we were only in London we were only using our room as a base and a place to rest our heads. The room was a good size and consisted of 3 single beds, a wardrobe and set of drawers....

Stayed here for a week. Even with the bar downstairs, the noise was never loud. Stayed in a 12 person dorm room, which was always kept clean. Bathroom and showers were always clean and working even when shared between vast amounts of people. Very close to public transit with a 24 hour bus route right outside the door.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.

“The room overlooked the Thames (Battersea Power Station) and Grovesnor Rd. Like all roads in London the road is in use 24/7 so you need to be ready for this part of staying in a city!”
