Neighbourhood
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.

The pub is also the travel joy hostel. Lots of young people, good music and lots of boozing. But the food is really good. Not 1 star michelan but good honest food. The Thai is very good . Ok I have spent a lot of time in Thailand and this is not home cooking but it's really

One of the best pub in Pimlico. The prices are very low but the food quality is very good. What else?? The music!!! Every friday saturday night there's the live music. Amazing, especially if Gianluca is there!!! That boy is the best!!

River front pub opposite the iconic Battersea power station and about a 5 minute walk to Pimlico Station. Friendly and helpful staff provide a decent range of beers and food. We didn't dine here. The pub is also a hostel and the decor reflects the student/backpacker customer. We

"I stayed in room 1 which was a little noisy because of people walking past, but honestly you hardly notice it once you're settled in and talking with your friends."
"The room overlooked the Thames (Battersea Power Station) and Grovesnor Rd. Like all roads in London the road is in use 24/7 so you need to be ready for this part of staying in a city!"
"Higher floor seems to have less traffic noise."
