Our twin bed room was nice and clean. In the room, there is an air-con which was very helpful as it was a hot August night, there is also a drinks fridge, where we put some cans of cola when we went out. The bathroom was small but clean, the shower had good pressure and was nice and hot, there...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. We mainly chose it for the location. Let me start with the good points. Room was clean, comfy bed and nice shower room. 15 minute walk from Acton Town underground and close to bus stops that go straight into more central London. Bad points. We chose this hotel because it specifically...

This hotel is located in a London neighbourhood that is not a place for tourists obviously. There is not much to do or see nearby. We stayed here to be close to a friends place. Staff at reception very friendly, rooms clean enough, but avoid the ones at the front. However the appearance of the hotel is strange since it...

Visit from Oz, we found London Star to be budget accommodation that was clean and comfortable. Checking in process was quick and efficient. There is a lift to help get luggage to first and second floors. Although the room was compact, it was sufficient as we were only really there at night. The rooms were serviced daily. It was airy...

Visiting from Ireland with family of 5 and looking for a good quality hotel, with good access to the sights in London that wouldn't break the bank. The London Star fit the bill perfectly. We stayed in what they call the Deluxe Family Room. The room is on the ground floor, to the right of the main entrance (has separate...

Stayed there for two nights. One thing that I will disclose before hand is that the weather was super hot about 25 C at night. They provided a fan but the room was unbearable and you couldn't fully open the windows. In the evening it turns into a shisha bar which is very noisy if you are above it so...

I was initially attracted due to the low cost of the accommodation and proximity to where I was working. I got a very warm welcome at reception and happened to mention I recalled stopping here before. Before I could think I was offered a special price for a meal and drink or money off the menu prices as I was...
