First - we did not stay at the hotel. This review space appears to be for the hotel; we only ate at the pub. When we walked in, we ventured downstairs to see if there were more tables. There weren't, but the "basement venue" (I think that's what it is called) was in full swing. It's a tiny room with...

I loved The Harrison!! The breakfasts were excellent, and the pub area is a really lovely place to sit quietly in the morning. The innkeeper, Sheila, was warm and most pleasant. The room was a decent size and clean. The location is convenient, within a reasonable walking distance of King's Cross station and local bus stops. However, I wouldn't recommend...

Stayed one night at the beginning of May 2017. Perfect location for the Kings Cross/St. Pancras area and easy underground journey to Covent Garden and West End - could even walk there !! Room was of a good standard and breakfast was outstanding - better than many 4 and 5 star hotels. No lift to higher floors, but would definitely...

Location: Superb. Just a 5 minute walk form King's Cross station in the day time (you can walk through the gate of another building), 10 at night when having to go around the block after the gate closes. Difficult to describe, but easy to find. Facility: Our room has a double bed and a single bed that can accomnodate 3...

At least once a week we will be in the Harrison for a pub lunch. The service is fast and friendly and the food is excellent. There is a great variety and it is well priced. We have meat eaters & vegetarians and a few other requirements in between and we are all accommodated here. The wood burner stove is...

I was in London last month (September 2016) and decided to have Sunday Roast with my family at the restaurant of this hotel. Whlie I really dislike writing bad reviews, I think that this time it is warranted. Let's get it over with. First of all, as a main course, we ordered the roast chicken, the lamb, the beef, and...

Charming small hotel of B&B-type, with four guest rooms on the top floor of a popular pub. However, pub sounds were not disturbing since there is one floor between the pub on the street level and the guest rooms on second floor. Very friendly service. Excellent cooked breakfast, personally prepared and served in the pub. Small room. Free wifi, however...

Came along with some friends for the Sunday roast which was simply amazing! We were served at our table instead of having to go up to the bar which was a bit confusing as we thought with it being a pub you'd go up yourself! Anyway, the service was good and the food came out very quickly! Great place for...

It's a pub. You get pub level service. It doesn't claim to be restaurant. Reviewers complaining they didn't get service you'd expect in a restaurant were in the wrong place. Service was more than acceptable. Pleasant, helpful, amusing even. Food was good - a steak cooked rare. Beer also good. And the barman made sure he didn't serve me the...

The Harrison is an ideal place to stay if you want to be within easy walking distance of Kings Cross / St Pancreas Stations. It’s just a little further to walk than the Argyle Square hotels – walk through the square, and then down two pedestrian-only walkways and you’re on Harrison Street right next to the pub. The breakfast is,...

Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions.
