So after booking and cancelled a room in this Hotel, within few minutes apart due to confusing Olímpia (Hammersmith) with Olympic Park they have charged me the Full price! I have called the receptionist straight away to explain the confusion... I'm a student so money it's tight but the staff did not wanted to listen to me asking me to...

Stayed here for one night and would stay again. It was clean enough and everything in the room including the TV worked. It's walking distance from Stratford station but there are buses that go straight past. Check in was a hassle as they insisted on having my ID or a copy of the booking email, despite the fact I had...

Had a stay over for a night. Got upgraded through Expedia to triple room for 2 people. The hotel is fantastic, front office and breakfast staff both were happy to assist with a smile on there face. Best hotel in the town, few yards away from Stratford perks.

Really pleased with my experience as I've had worse when paying more. For the price it exceeded my standards. The hotel was very clean and the staff were great, very proffesional. Free parking and breakfast included in the price, you can't really go wrong. No visitors are allowed which I think is a great idea because it reduces the risk...

So, im away on a couples retreat in this "glamourous" area of london, to which upon arrival we were met with alot of ridiculous questions for "security purposes". We were only given 1 pillow, and when asked for an extra pillow, we were rudely turned down by a gentleman behind the counter who appeared to not care about his job,...

I booked this hotel for 21days from Canada for a holiday; by far the worst reception I've received from a hotel. They wanted all sorts of IDs for what they call security purposes. I was shattered from my flight and trip from the airport, but being me, took the time to analyse the room. The carpet was hoovered but the...

Fantastic hotel. Really pleased with the choice I made. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Parking was free and very secure also was able to park right outside our room and even aloud to leave car there on our last to carry on sight seeing around London. Tube station 10 min walk and you in the centre of london...

Well all I can say is the accommodation itself was good and very reasonably priced, easy to book BUT ... on arrival I was asked for photo ID by a very rude receptionist who was not moving and not giving me the room even though I provided documentation of my booking the card on which it was booked, the booking...

Very deceptive hotel, on the main Romford road. Very clean and well laid out rooms. Breakfast was very nice with free fruit and water. Parking is on the street, but it is ok. If you are looking for an alternative hotel for the Exel, this is a short walk away

A friend and I shared a very comfortable twin room with shower en-suite. It was spacious, warm and clean. 15 minute walk to Stratford Train Station and closer bus stops plus secure free parking. Highly recommended.
